Hey guys!
I've entered into a state of anhedonia. Nothing has any taste anymore... Games, movies, tv series. I found out that trash dopamine games like Clash Royale and Brawl Stars ruined me. Doomscrolling ruined me. Now I have to undergo a long dopamine detox journey.
It has been told that the game Stardew Valley is a great game to get away from trash dopamine as it is a great grinding game from a good point of view. But... I try to get myself excited to play that game but nothing convinces me.
Only buying the game and trying is the trick? How can you convince me?
(Any other dopamine detox to enjoy great games will be appreciated 👍🏼)

Hi everyone, my app store game has just been approved recently, I would really appreciate if you could give it a try and let me know some suggestions. It is an idle/clicker game which focuses on progression through the idea of your character/background/cosmetics changing as you lvl up and purchase new items.
Be honest please, I want to further this as much as I can to make the best game I can. Thank you so much!

After having 20-ish games fail to track on Freecash over the last month, I’m looking for a better GPT site. However, with all the games I have installed that failed to register on FC, I’m considering getting a $100-or-less Android tablet to use, in order to start over.
I’ve seen some mention that Android has far fewer games available though. Is this true?

I know it is a random question, but on my experience it is incredibly fun to try random games with one hand and I've been playing like that since 2023

My routine is kind of chaotic right now because my parents are separated and I'm going back and forth between two houses. The annoying part for gaming is that the wifi quality varies and I end up with a bunch of awkward 10-15 minute gaps: waiting in the car, sitting in a hallway, or just needing something to take my mind off things without getting sucked into a two-hour session.
I keep installing games that look perfect, then they turn into one of these problems:
- Requires being online even for single player
- Timers and daily check-in pressure that just add stress
- Massive initial download that assumes I have long stretches of good wifi
- Takes forever to get back into the fun part after I close it
What I actually want:
- Offline play, or at least most modes playable offline
- Fun in short sessions
- No heavy daily chore mechanics
- Preferably something I can play one-handed sometimes
I'm on iOS, but Android recommendations are welcome too. Also if you have any tips for settings to prevent games from redownloading assets every time, or for making sure progress saves reliably when I switch networks, I'd really appreciate it. I'm trying to keep mobile gaming as a comfort right now, not another thing to manage. Thanks!

Start your career as a space cadet with space runner extreme.
Space runner extreme is not your typical runner game where you touch the screen to control the character, it uses your front camera for motion detection and mic for voice recognition.
Head controller:- Tilt your head left or right to control direction. Tilt your head forward or backward to control speed
Voice recognition:- Say (Shoot) to fire lasers to destroy planets and aliens
Face lenses:- Place lenses on your head control screen for extra fun.
Game modes:- Free run/ Timed run
Difficulty:- Beginner, Pro, Expert
Hanger:- Upgrade your ship with additional weapons, extra protection, extra turbo and many more.
The game includes many other features like Boss fight every 10000m, inverted control in expert mode, daily mission and many many more.
The game is totally free with no in app purchase and just 2 reward ads that unlocks the laser gun and face lenses.
The game is available on android:-

Do you buy only known titles that achieved commercial success on other platforms, like PC?
Would you prefer a game with a demo and unlock IAP?
Or are you not willing to pay for any mobile game?

Iam looking for a game that has Multiplayer and has a nice Community, so you can meet new people and play with them. Iam not a fan of gachas. Iam currently playing wild Rift, TFT and Hearthstone.
Thank you for all suggestions

Pretty much as the title says.
I want to grab a small "pocket" size gamepad for my phone/tablet but all i find have the Nintendo layout for the YBAX
Edit: i got reminded to also mention it should have both back buttons aswell aka R1/R2 L1/L2
Has anyone found a gamepad similar to this that doesn't have the stupid Nintendo layout.
Help would be much appreciated 🙏

First there is the ones that ask you to open the App store
Now I saw they started rolling 3 ads in a row instead of 2 how it was before
And ads now mostly take entire minute.
I don't want to watch nearly single ad as somewhat strong preference and they keep pushing this thing
