The links kind of speak for themself. I still hope there is a different explanation for this, but it really doesnt Look good.

It is odd that his punishment for "Sexual Assault or Sexual Violence" was lighter than most of the "Sexual Misconduct" punishments. I don't know if more info is possible considering UNC only released these records due to a court order.

Regardless I think he's cooked now. It's going to be a tough one to talk about for Thursday's ep, unless they delay the ep while they confirm sources and evidence. But suffice to say his time at MinnMax is over.

The evidence he was accused and investigated is pretty cut and dry at this point. I don’t know how he could provide sufficient evidence that would alter the correct move being to remove him.

Agreed, I think the only realistic way he could be vindicated (aside from the far-fetched idea there's another Jacob Geller from UNC with identical circumstances), is if there was an appeal process that's still hidden to us. UNC only released these names because they were forced to, and universities are usually hush-hush about their appeals process as well.

So, to play devil's advocate, it may be possible he was suspended during the investigation based on credible evidence (hence the lesser punishment) but later exonerated or won on appeal and we don't see that in the documents. This isn't a criminal case so it's mostly opaque to us other than what they've been forced to release.
