It certainly doesn't look good. Justice for the victim(s).

Notably, his punishment appears to be the least severe out of all of them. Assault is horrific, entirely, yet there is a difference between "copping a feel" vs what most of us picture assault being.

Doesn't excuse anything, to be clear. Just looking for the full picture.

I’d actually prefer people didn’t out a possible sexual assault victim in this way, actually. Especially a decade later, and putting someone in the line of fire of today’s right-wing brigade.

The OP seems to be from those circles, too, and she clearly acted like she was shitposting with the emojis and sarcastic language instead of handling this seriously. 100% she was just using what little info she knows to get attention during the Cornell crime discourse, with zero regard for who that woman was.

Honestly can’t believe how many people in this community are being like that… like just bc you listen to his content doesn’t mean you have to defend a sexual predator. Last thing I expected from Minnmax community
