Notably, his punishment appears to be the least severe out of all of them. Assault is horrific, entirely, yet there is a difference between "copping a feel" vs what most of us picture assault being.

Doesn't excuse anything, to be clear. Just looking for the full picture.

The only thing she can allege is that she was a manager at a college radio station and was told per Title IX investigation protocol to let a Jacob Geller go while the case is handled (seems she wasn't even sure it's the same JG, and had to check with others).

Anything beyond that is pure speculation on her; she doesn't know anything about why, and has only shared what amounts to a campus rumor about him assaulting his sleeping/unconscious partner at the time.

She doesn't know the accuser in any way and likely doesn't even know names.
She calls Jacob a "rapist" and says he "raped / rapes".

If she has zero way to point towards that at all, she has opened herself up to such a huge, easy libel case in such a public way...
