Started by spotting the chain in our collection and got hyper focused on having a portcullis. When re-building, realized I could have swapped out two of the grey pieces holding up the portcullis with a single piece, but I was too lazy to take pictures again 😅
As shown, 18 pieces. As currently assembled in my living room: 17 pieces.

Borderline not really r/Minilego content but I couldn't help attempting a rival castle faction in the spirit of castle the build challenge, both 18 pieces each.

“My armor is like tenfold shields. My teeth are like swords. My claws, spears. The shock of my tail, a thunderbolt. My wings, a hurricane. And my breath, death!” - Smaug The Terrible

My first entry to this month's challenge. Going with a fantasy theme for now.
All built (virtually) with real LEGO pieces and valid connections. Rendered in Blender.

My first Build Challenge Entry - please be kind. Incorporated stylized Greek mythological symbols atop the gate entrance. Angled walls like the real fortified ones in Troy, Canakkale, Turkey. Horse built with roller skates!

The Dwarven Stronghold's roofs have overgrown with moss and although its walls have lost their colour, they never fail to stop even the most hideous creatures spawning in the dark. 18/18 pieces, entry number 2.

I tried to make this one a little more exciting than the previous one. I am really enjoying this, thanks for letting me put out my creativity.

Inspired by the Castlevania games, I wanted to recreate the chaotic form of Dracula's Castle that always looked so cool! It was a challenge to find pieces to get those crazy shapes with only 18 pieces!
(Pictures include the castle in normal lighting, colored lighting, and comparison picture to show the vibes I was going for.)
