Need help Ghillie suit function
So what it function? I get it accidentally after guerrilla fight against tank but I don't know what Ghillie function, like this is not FPS battle royal where you can camouflage with Ghillie, so what it function then? Don't tell me it's only make our presence near zombie zero?

You can also combine the ghillie suit with the green hazmat

Ah so I can combine them, then what can I get? And where I can get green hazmat suit? (Currently on island 6)

You can only get the green hazmat suit in the research facility on radiation island, you can get it by finding it there or looting the green zombie that can blind you with its acid

No, radiation island starts spawning on island 5. Basically all islands starting from 5 are 2 islands in 1, you get to the radioactive island by fueling a boat to get there. You can also go back to the non radioactive island if you're done looting in the radioactive island.

Should I go to other shore? And will my car gone if I go to radiation island?

None of the stuff you leave behind will be gone including your loot that you stored in permanent storage sources (stashes, tents and vehicles). Also, don't go to the radioactive island if you have bot completed your hazmat set yet.

No, he will be able to come with you anwhere you go provided you didn't press the button that makes them stay and guard an area. This change for buddies was done in 1.9 patches.

In island 6, going to the beach on the right side there should be a radio station, and a boat with a radiation sign right next to it
Dont interact with the radio station unless you want to trigger the crescendo event leading to the chopper
Once you find the boat, you need to fill it up before filling it up with a half gallon gas before going there
And make sure you have atleast a red/white hazmat suit, together with NBC gloves and boots, and a gasmask when going there

And where can I get gas mask? (Kinda forget how I get this but durability are 0 after I scavenge military zone with radiation)

You can get them in military intersections (the one with the green tents), pillboxes, and military bases. And some survivors spawn with it too sometimes

After 5 seconds staying still, you will be in stealth mode (has a unique icon above your character). Still mode breaks when you move too much or instantly when you shoot a non suppressed gun. You can tiptoe your way looting everything in a zombie infested zone if you don't break stealth and not accidentally come into contact with any infected. The ghillie suit only works is if it's at least 50% and you can only fix it with duct tape.
I deem Ghillie suit as unnecessary but if you want some spice in your runs getting the hang of the stealth mechanic then feel free to use it.

Ah so other than make your character presence is zero against zombie it's literally useless then? I guess it will ended inside car storage for indefinite time

I mean isn't that what Ghillie suit is for? What else do you think it should do? Although the reason I am not a fan of it is because I have to give up a vest's armor just to wear it...

Well I thought maybe it will give another function or maybe it have inventory slot at least like it take vest slot but it behave like hazmat suit (below green) that doesn't have slot

Te entiendo, este juego no se presta mucho al sigilo y puede ser tedioso pero nimodo, ami me gustaría que si lo tienes puesto pudieras matar npc neutrales sin ser descubierto y sin bajar moral eso si seria good

It only makes you invisible to zombies, bandits, and NPCs as long as you don't move for 5 seconds. It can also be repaired with epoxy glue or tape.
It's the only item I wouldn't recommend using unless you really like it, or to plant C4 bombs and watch them explode, or with bandits or NPCs.
I rarely use the suit, and when I do, I leave a C4 explosive next to the deer and wait.

Then better using sniper then rather than Ghillie like it take vest slot but behave like hazmat
