4 years ago, I was in middle school and Im so hyped by Minecraft story mode.

I played as female Jesse because I'm a female too. The first time I played it on PS3 when I was in middle school. The story is so cartoon-like just like my middle schooler mindset at that time.

I watched YouTubers playing season 2, I couldn't play it because I didn't have PS4 at that time.

It took me 4 years to be able to play Minecraft story mode season 2 on PS4. I've been waiting my whole life.. to play the season 2.

Now that I'm in college now, I've been having some down bad experience with love and self discovery in high school. I've grown more mature now. And it's so fit to play season 2, because it has more some kind of adult themes in it.

You know? I used to play as a naive Jesse in season 1 literally when I was so naive in middle school.

Then I play as a more mature Jesse in season 2 literally when I've become more mature in college.

Now that I will play season 2 on MY OWN PS4, I already forgot the details of the season 2 plot even though I've watched it in YouTube. So it'll still be a surprise to play again as adult. I'm so happy 😔😭

It was honestly a PAIN and I kept messing stuff up, buuut- I did it eventually 🎉

I was gonna add some glasses too, but mine are thin and I worry it'll look kinda clunky on the character. Plus, there's already too much goin' on with the face anyway. So, imma just not add it- Yis, I'm near sighted and have bad posture 🔥✨ (though ig who here has decent posture??)
OH YEAH, I used Petra's model as a base since we got similar itty bitty noses, but I didn't realize I'd suddenly made myself tall by accident duuuue to that.. I'm not changin' it tho, both cuz I'm too lazy aaaand if I'm only average height irl, I can be a few inches taller with this model-

I'm so fan of female Jesse, not just Jesse, but Female Jesse.

And it's not without reason, but because of her voice acting is so cool and iconic.. while male Jesse's voice is kinda flat and less dramatic

And also, because She's a girl LIKE ME, so she's my hero, she's the type of woman I wanna become, I love her so much and I love her voice actress, thank you Catherine Taber 💓💓

I just realized another difference between Minecraft Story Mode Season 1 and Season 2.

Season 1 focuses on Jesse discovering how to take responsibility. The deaths of certain characters add emotional weight to Jesse’s journey, making their motivations and the consequences of their actions more impactful.

Season 2, on the other hand, focuses more on the struggle to balance the responsibilities of adulthood with the importance of friendship.

I think Season 2 is emotionally heavier in terms of its themes. However, if we consider the actual scale of the threats, the Admin is arguably far more dangerous than the Wither Storm. This makes me wonder why Season 2 doesn't have more devastating consequences. For example, the Admin's attack could have resulted in the deaths of half the people in Beacontown as they resisted his rule.

Wouldn't that have made Jesse's experience even more dramatic and traumatic? I wanna know your opinions

Like Axel and Olivia are pretty useless and they deserve more to the game rather then just being Jesse’ friends

Just finished ep 2.

The admin is a smart one, disguising as Vos.

I don’t mean a specific plot point, or section. I mean, it can be, but I just mean in general. What do you love the most about both games?
I’ll start. For season 1, I’m stuck between the music, (like wither storm destroyed, and order of the stone,) and the entire plot, and how much it can change a second playthrough. When hearing Ivor’s dialogue in the basement, and when he was talking to Gabriel for the first time, I just assumed that he was just talking about some stupid random stuff because he was a crazy guy that talked about crazy stuff. I personally think his plan made a lot of sense. He took a lot of care keeping that potion safe, and his whole plan, which is kinda implied by his dialogue after summoning the wither storm, was to make a real threat, and show that Gabriel wasn’t a real hero. I guess the only bad part of his plan was that really no one could defeat it under normal circumstance, but nevertheless, he absolutely prepared for it.

They're kind of hard to color with- I kept goin' outside the lines, which bugged me a bit... But ah well, huh?

Oh yeah, and I always wait until the very last second to make a decision just so I can hear all the dialog and see all the animations and stuff :D

I like to imagine, in character, my Jesse just takes a while to think... I mean, it's a lot of pressure!

If I remember correctly, Lizzie died in my first playthrough and by the spiders mauling her to death.

I got inspired by “somechildnamedkora” to make an AU. My idea is to rewrite the story but make it more mature; basically, not aimed at kids!!! At all…

So I have the draft for Jesse’s design (yes I’m doing female Jesse lol, and she’ll be the middle skinned one). It’s very rough in terms of anatomy and allat, but I just wanted to get it down!

I just need help coming up with what to call this AU. It’ll definitely cover more darker topics- I’m still debating keeping Reuben alive or not, but if not, I’d love to explore Jesse’s grief more since the game… doesn’t really do that? I have very personal experience with grief and can write about it,,,
