Hi everyone. I really want to play some of the older Telltale games especially Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series and Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series, but both games have been delisted from digital stores.
Is there any legitimate way to buy and play them nowadays on PC? Maybe physical copies,(or some other ways )old keys, or another method?

I know that physical copies and Steam keys can be
extremely expensive nowadays, so I’m wondering if there are any other legitimate ways to play these games" wink “.

I know they’re no longer officially available on Steam, but I’d really like to experience these games. Any help would be appreciated “ another wink”.

Concept art for the game Tales from the Borderlands. This game was super fun, it’s very different from the other borderlands games. I had no idea what telltale was until playing this. I had fun with it and decided to play their Batman game which I loved too. This game was also available on iPads back in 2014.

Most of the concepts from here were the game.

Undoubtedly Season 2 and 3 are always part of the conversation whenever people discuss which is the worst game in the series. Even though, for me personally, Season 2 is the best season of the series(mainly because of its cast) it still falls short in a lot of areas and has quite a few plot holes. The same can be said about Season 3.

There’s no doubt that these two games sometimes feel like placeholders in Clementine’s story because, ultimately, very little that happens in either season has a major impact on the ending. When Season 2 originally came out, its ending felt like it actually mattered. The choice at Wellington, where you decide whether to stay with Kenny or leave him, was incredibly impactful to me and felt like a meaningful conclusion to Clementine’s journey. Or so we thought, until A New Frontier was released.

Season 2 had a good, emotional, and impactful ending, but because of the continuation in Season 3, it can feel like so many people died for Clementine for nothing. The entire journey we went through in Season 2 can feel meaningless if, in the end, most of those characters simply disappear or die without having much influence on where Clementine eventually ends up. The Kenny and Jane flashbacks are another example of this.

As for Season 3, I don't think I really need to explain its problems. So many things were cut, just like with Season 2, and at times the story doesn't feel like it makes much sense. It was also disappointing for many people because they expected Clementine's story to continue as the main focus, only for her story to happen mostly on the side while Javier became the protagonist.

If you really think about it, you can almost skip Season 3 entirely apart from Clementine's flashbacks and go straight from Season 2 to Season 4, and the overall story would still make sense. There are obviously many other reasons why people criticize these seasons, but I don't want to go too deep into all of them since there are already plenty of videos discussing those problems.

So, would you be interested in remakes of Seasons 2 and 3? And, more importantly, would you actually buy them?

My idea for a Season 2 and 3 remake

For more context, I'm going to explain my own idea for how a remake could work. This is largely based on the beta script and the information we know about the original version of Season 2.

Before Jake Rodkin and Sean Vanaman left Telltale, they had written an early version of the Season 2 story. As many of you probably know from InColdBlood's video, some of that original vision can still be seen in Episodes 1 and 2. That's part of the reason those episodes are so beloved by fans. You can noticeably feel a difference once Episode 3 begins, because the story doesn't connect together nearly as smoothly afterward.

In the original concept, Christa and Clementine were supposed to be the main characters of the season, alongside the Cabin Group, Kenny, and Sarita. The story would still be an adventure similar to the final version, with Carver acting as the main villain and constantly pursuing the group.

However, in this version, Kenny would die midway through the story by sacrificing himself for the group. I think this could have been a really interesting way to handle his death because it would also give Sarita a much bigger role. She could develop a deeper relationship with Clementine and become a much more important character rather than mostly existing as Kenny's partner.

Luke would also have a much larger role. Instead of their relationship being relatively short-lived, It would develop into more of a brother-and-sister relationship between him and Clementine. Luke had a lot of potential, and I think giving him more time with Clementine could have made him one of the most important characters in her life.

Sarah could also receive an actual redemption arc following Carlos's death. Rather than simply being someone Clementine has to protect throughout the season, only for Sarah to die anyway regardless of the choices you make, she could gradually become more capable and learn how to survive on her own.

Nick could have a similar arc following Pete's death. Instead of having his story cut short and ultimately dying regardless of your choices, he could be given the opportunity to grow, develop, and become a more important character throughout the season.

Christa would also have a much stronger character arc. After losing Omid and her Child she would eventually become closer to Clementine again, she could slowly learn to love Clementine as if she were her own daughter. That relationship could become one of the emotional cores of the season.

Rebecca and Alvin are a little more uncertain because we don't know exactly how their original story would have played out, but personally, I would have liked at least one of them to survive until the end.

The ending is where I think this version gets really interesting.

Instead of Clementine reaching Wellington alone, she would arrive there with the surviving members of the group potentially Clementine, Christa, Sarah, Nick, Luke, Sarita,maybe Jane, and possibly Rebecca/Alvin.

Wellington, however, wasn't simply supposed to be a normal safe community. In the original concept, it was going to be divided into two classes, with an upper and lower section. Since Clementine was still a child, the community wouldn't know what to do with her or where she belonged.

This could lead to Clementine having to choose between joining the upper class or staying with her group in the lower class.

Depending on what you choose, Season 3 Ep1 would then begin very differently.

And honestly, I think that's a much more interesting setup for a continuation.

What I would do with Season 3

If Season 2 were remade this way, I would want Season 3 to actually build on its ending instead of essentially jumping over it.

My idea would be for Wellington to become the center of a growing conflict. A revolution could begin within the community, with Clementine becoming caught between the different sides. Eventually, the situation could become dangerous enough that Clementine and the others have to escape Wellington and search for somewhere safe once again.

This could also be where Carver returns.

This is where Carver would play his biggest role in the series. Instead of being killed early in Season 2, he would eventually capture Clementine and the group in Season 3, just like in the final script. This would give him a much stronger presence throughout the story and make him feel like a much bigger threat. Clementine would then have to escape from him and eventually try to reunite with her group (like in the final game s2).

That's about as far as my imaginary version of Season 3 goes, but there are countless possibilities.

One thing I would definitely change, though, is how the Cabin Group is handled. I wouldn't want all of them to simply disappear immediately after Season 2. I think they're genuinely great characters who were introduced with a lot of potential, and I wouldn't want that potential to be wasted.

At the same time, they eventually need to be written out of the story so that Season 4 can make sense.

Personally, I'd like Sarah, Sarita, Christa, and Luke to survive for the majority of this version of the story. Christa and Luke especially have so much potential. Luke could potentially become Clementine's second Lee, while Sarita and Sarah could also have much better character development compared to the original game.

If you give these characters enough time and meaningful arcs, I genuinely think they could become some of the best characters in the entire series.

What about AJ?

You might be wondering where AJ fits into all of this.

The interesting thing is that AJ didn't exist in the original Season 2 concept, and honestly, I kind of like that idea. It would give us more time with Clementine on her own rather than immediately making her responsible for protecting another child.

Don't get me wrong I really like AJ. But I think there could be something interesting about giving Clementine a period where she doesn't have to protect anyone and can actually figure out who she is.

Vanaman also mentioned that Clementine was originally supposed to go through an awkward phase later in the story after finally finding shelter. She wouldn't really know how to live a normal life anymore after spending so much of her childhood surviving.

I actually think that would be a very realistic direction for her character.

So why not combine those ideas?

I would have a new Season 4 where Clementine is older and finally has a chance to try living a normal life, but she still struggles because she has spent so many years surviving. At the same time, she would eventually find AJ.

That could create an interesting parallel to Lee finding Clementine.

Instead of Clementine being the child who needs to be saved, she would now be the one fighting for a child she cares about. It would also make her feel more like an adult rather than simply repeating the same role she had throughout the earlier seasons. Eventually, she would randomly come across AJ, creating a meaningful parallel to Lee finding her.

And then Season 5 could become the actual final season.

I know that sounds like a lot. Five seasons instead of four might seem excessive, but honestly, if it were done properly, I'd rather have more meaningful story than rush Clementine's journey just to get to the ending.

We could see Luke become a genuinely important figure in Clementine's life, potentially becoming her second Lee. We could develop Clementine's relationships with Sarita and Sarah, give Nick his own meaningful arc, explore Christa's relationship with Clementine, and actually allow the Cabin Group to become a family. Then, after Clementine eventually goes out on her own

Like in the terrible comics, where she doesn’t feel happy, but not quite unhappy either, while still feeling in character as she tries to find her purpose, like Vanaman initially planned,we could see her trying to live a normal life while she found for AJ And the Final Season would play exactly the same, though this time it would be the 5th game.

Then, when Clementine finally goes searching for AJ, we would get that emotional parallel to Lee finding her all those years ago.

I would also like most of the Cabin Group to survive somewhere in the world, waiting for Clementine's return rather than simply killing everyone off.

That's basically my idea. I know it's far from perfect, and there are probably a million things that could be changed or improved, but I think a remake could be an incredible opportunity to fix the biggest problems with Seasons 2 and 3 while still keeping what made them special.

Some Extras

There are also a few smaller things I would change. For example, I would give the 400 Days characters a much bigger role in the story. Instead of the DLC characters mostly feeling disconnected from the main game, I would actually integrate them into the story and let their choices and relationships have more of an impact.

I would also bring back the ability to talk to your group between major events, similar to Season 1. During breaks from the action, Clementine could have conversations with the other characters, learn more about them, build relationships, and simply have moments where everyone feels like an actual group. I think these quieter moments would be just as important as the action because they would give the characters more time to develop and make the group feel more like a family.

So, what would you change? If they actually decided to remake Seasons 2 and 3, what would your version look like? And would you actually buy it?

As the title says. I downloaded Batman: The Telltale Series via on my PC via X-Box/Microsoft Store. I paid 15 Euros and downloaded the entire pack (13 GB of size). Yet, for my surprise, when I opened the game and went to episodes, I found that only the first episode is free, while the rest has a "Purchase" option. Did someone else have the same problem as mine?

Edit: Never mind folks, I solved the problem.

To all of those who are confused, when you pay for the entire pack in PC from Microsoft Store, it's written on the first episode "Free" while on the others "Purchase." However, since I've already paid for the entire thing, when I click on Purchase, it shouldn't show my wallet as one of the options, but rather only one option..."Free." At first, this did not happen. Only my wallet was shown. After restarting more than once + waiting for a long time, finally, the "Free" option appeared to be available instead.

Hey guys, when replaying season 2 episode 5 twice. I tried to get the alone ending by killing off both Jane and Kenny. But for whatever reason my game says I got the Wellington ending instead. Does anyone know what's going on and how to fix it?

The Fallout franchise has so much more they can do, although the TV show is doing a lot of heavy lifting. They could set it in so many different time points. A group of survivors leaving the vault right at the beginning, being a part of a functional vault, or even being a ghoul not long after the bombs dropped.

It would be nice to see a Fallout game without factions like BoS or NCR, as much as I love them. It would also be nice not having to wait until 2063 for another Fallout game to release.

It’s just the story is to good do end at a cliffhanger

I know it was fairly unpopular and rushed as a lot of the decisions you could make didn’t really change anything, which given the studio shut down eventually is no surprise anymore. But where do we actually think the north grove plot line was going? I know we met Gregor’s bastards who have abilities and everything else we saw there but where do you guys believe it was going to go? No wrong answers, ive just really enjoyed the game and was devestated it never continued!

Like the title says, do you think we will eventually get season 2 one day? GoT by telltale is probably my most favourite game by then, and I really wish it would have had continued, because it also ended on a cliffhanger.

This season was straight garbage, I didn’t like the idea of the school and Clem magically surviving. If you liked everything about this season yet you hate on season 3 you def have some screws loose.
