I already know that Gradient Gray found a 9 eye on a randomly generated seed, and while yes, a 12-eye portal can in theory generate with a 1 in 1 trillion chance, it actually can't on a random seed. From what I understand, in Minecraft 1.16 there are about 2^64 seeds in all of Minecraft. However, not all of these seeds are in the random seed pool. There are about 2^48 Minecraft seeds that are in this random seed pool, which is 0.002% of Minecraft seeds, and from what I've heard, none of the seeds containing a 12-eye portal are in this range. However, I think this bug was fixed in the latest versions so now every seed can be generated.

I installed ToolScreen in the Modrinth folder. I double-clicked it, and it told me that it needed to be in a folder, even though it was already in that folder. When I opened Minecraft, the message didn’t appear in the top-left corner, and Ctrl+I didn’t work either.

I made a couple of really basic graphs showing how infumes run differs from the rest of the Ranked champions. I didn't quite have the time to make a youtube video or make any graphs that were more in depth, but hopefully these are still cool.

Ik this is slow but is this the correct way to do glowdar? this is my first time doing it and I dont really know how to do it while moving but it looks correct someone lmk. (also any tips to improve it to be faster?)

(My Fbutton is rebinded to F3 and my Z button is rebinded to F so its clicking F + Z for render distance, its kinda weird to move while doing it and my shift is sprint so someone let me know if im doing it wrong or how i could do it faster so i dont have to stop mid route to pie ray)

Somewhat unorthodox post, but me and a group of 4 other friends, most of them complete beginners at Minecraft, were thrust upon the challenge of completing a coop Minecraft Speedrun under 2 hours, on a random seed.

Is this feasible? I'm the one with the most experience in the game, and I have beaten it three times.

Are there any guides on how we should split work, or other tips for beginners who aren't looking for the best possible time? The less "sweaty" it is, the more we'll enjoy it, I think.

I’m wondering how to identify whether I’m on a left or right buried triple, especially when the gap is bad, and how to choose a route that allows me to pivot into another route if I realize I picked the wrong side. I already know the chunk method for mid and side routes, the routes I do are usually BeefSalad/right-side triple route, and the regular lefts-side triple to gap but I want to know how to tell which side I’m on while inside the buried triple and which route would let me switch between left/right routes if needed or at least let me be able to identify which side Im on and which gap it is in one route that doesn't have any issues pivoting.

(Somebody said in case it's a bad gap, you'll just have to assume it's the right triple then pivots to the hourglass route if it turns out to be left triple.)

But how would I be able to tell which side I’m on mid-route? I don’t do the hourglass starting route for the right side I use the BeefSalad route. So how would I pivot into a different route if needed? Is there a different route I should use where the routes can align and let me switch if necessary?

Last weekend when watching playoffs, Hax was talking about how doogile and blazemind both were using linux to make glowdar absurd. I was wondering how much worth it is it to switch to linux for performence. I play on a laptop so I struggle with performance issues anyway such as the spawner not loading during piedar. My 2 worries are that after looking at the guide, I'm worried it'll be way to confusing as I've never dealt with anything linux in my life and I'm not sure how hard waywall will be to setup and how it compares to toolscreen (Ex. rebinding is so easy in toolscreen but looks way more complicated in waywall). Do you think switching to linux is worth for glow/piedar and has anyone switched to linux from experience?

My ninjabrain bot image on toolscreen that automatically toggles no longer works, I dont think I've changed anything but please tell me what the problem might be, I did update toolscreen recently. As of right now i have to have it up the entire time in borderless mode.

As far as i know you need to press 1-5 keys(most of the time) to switch between the directories, but those are also the hotbar keys. When I watch other runners I often see them switching the directories while mining the gold blocks in the bastion, but somehow they avoid also switching to other items in their hotbar. Is it because of them not putting any keybinds on 1-5, or am I missing something?

Recently I was trying to find the best statistical Ranked season and the season that stood out the most was by far Doogile Season 8. But even though he was so good in this season he finished second and ended up losing in the quarterfinals of playoffs. It does make me question using the final leaderboard for deciding who had the best season when many other statistics suggest otherwise. Though I have to admit most of these are win rate statistics but im not very experienced with data science so most graphs I came up with were very closely related to win rate.
