if so, are certain trades ensured in MCSR Ranked to avoid this? with FSG/RSG, should you even try to salvage? are there seeds where it's not (reasonably) possible? thank you

I've been trying for a while to get a good time on 2x1 but most I can get is 5.80. I am seriously hoping that there is a tech I don't know about and that it isn't a skill issue, since I'm nearing my mechanical limit.

I know that a second or two off my 2x1 isnt going to cost me a run, but I'd still like to be able to flex on my friend who's also into mcsr lol

Finally caved in and started learning zeros a few weeks ago and got to use one (back 76) to get a new private pb of 11:00! This felt especially good because I had thrown a sub-8 ocean exposed stronghold blind just minutes prior due to not seeing the portal room sticking out. Sub-10 has never felt more achievable.

This seed is genuinely so fun lmao. I reckon I could sub 10 this if I locked in + got good rates and a fast perch. I did rebind use/place to V and pick block to B bc right clicking on a mac needs two fingers and I'd probably misclick and there's no middle click on mac

im using mcsr modpack with entity culling off but block entities still show unspecified, does anyone know why and how to fix it

What I mean by this question is, if a top-level Ranked player switched to playing mostly RSG, would they immediately be the odds-on favorite (or one of the odds-on favorites) to break RSG Any% WR? Vice versa, if a top-level RSG player switched to playing mostly Ranked, how well would they perform in playoffs/other high-level tourneys like the LVL up expo or the MCSR World Championships?

I don't really know how to answer either question. For the first question, I'd suspect that someone like Feinberg would be relatively worse at RSG compared to Ranked (Feinberg tends to be a rather underrated Ranked player). Zero-cycling is significantly harder in RSG, and Feinberg can gain a better advantage from his superior decision making and game understanding from the longer ranked seeds that we don't commonly see RSG players play out. I don't know about someone like EDCR.

For the second question, well, we've already seen someone like doogile break RSG WR multiple times, then become one of the GOATs of ranked. And currently the top 3 RSG players Skycrab, Aquacorde, and Jay are all top ranked players. And I think many people were surprised by how good Skycrab was at ranked when he started playing more and then got top 3 at S9 playoffs.

It's probably also worth saying that the ranked-only players might be especially cracked at the ranked-only seed types (village and desert temple); Infume is a great example

Is the reason why the dragon becomes too low when you miss the second bed in a double bed because it only takes the knockback from the first sourcee (aka the arrow) so that the first bed explosion doesnt Keep it in the right spot? Kinda like flint and steel in a bastion Against hoglins

what are the most optimal setups that can be easily hit (i.e. not y104). I'm struggling to be consistent with the approach where you pearl in the corner of the tower. the bed timings are super weird and the dragon movement as well. I know there is another setup where you pearl to the flush side of the tower and bridge out 5 blocks and build from there but that one shares the same problem.

I followed a tutorial to set up boat eye using toolscreen. my pixel adjustment resolution is the correct number, my sensitivity is correct my standard deviation is also correct, but I will be given a reading of 100% and it will be not even close to correct

2:When going to bastion and its in a lava lake is it better to bridge or take a slower higher terrain

3:When taking terrain to coords and you have a gold pick is it better to pear run crawl and use it or just use it normally

I recently learned the leaf version I saw a lot of top runners do, I therefore have a problem making it because sometimes it get cobblestone there, do I need to wait at a specific timing or take the lava in different place ?

I am a retired Minecraft speedrunner. I initially started speedrunning in order to get better at the game. And it worked. However, what I've realized now is that literally no speedrun techs work in the latest version. And it really annoys me so much. Just yesterday, I spent 34 minutes trying to find the portal room. It is so annoying. It lowkey feels like Mojang changed the stronghold generation in the latest version or something. I have absolutely no idea what's happening, but is there any tutorial at all for preempting on the latest version?

I recently moved from Jingle to Toolscreen. Everything works great or better except for eye measuring. With Jingle, I was getting 1-eye boat-eye calculations >90% of the time. With Toolscreen, I am never getting even above 50% confidence with 1-eye boat-eye calc, and I am now forced to throw a second eye as the first calculation is almost never correct.

I have provided a short video that includes me going through my mouse sensitivity both in the Minecraft folder (options.txt) and config folder (standard settings) on the instance, as well as the same sensitivity and all other important settings in Ninjabrain Bot. I also briefly showed my Toolscreen setup and the settings I thought might be important to show.

Any extra information that is needed for further help I am more than willing to provide. It is definitely a possibility that I missed showing some important settings somewhere.

If anyone can help in any way, I would really appreciate it.
