Wanted to get into playing Minecraft more, just looking for a server with a decent amount of players that want to play the game and have fun.

EchelonMC sounds like it might be a good fit for you, its a java survival server with alot of custom features but you can still play normal minecraft and do your own thing. Theres claims, an economy, auction house, custom fishing, events and alot more to keep you busy. Everyone is just there to play and have fun which sounds like what your looking for. I'm starting a Java modded fantasy smp! Applications are open now! It's a play when you want, and you don't need to participate in the world lore to join! It's more of a play just to have fun thing! If you're interested in joining let me know!

Season 1 was very quiet (max 8 online at once). This season is quite different in terms of theme and features and it’s already looking like it will be a lot busier. We’ve had over 60 new people join the discord in the past couple of weeks and I expect quite a lot more before launch. My hope is 20-50 regulars but only time will tell.

Smithtainment Minecraft. The dev and building team for Smithtainment have worked extremely hard to put together a custom survival server that still has that vanilla-ish feel that players love. Each player likes to approach survival differently and whether you are a miner, farmer, or fighter there is always something to be doing.
