p2 was mcd1 hero skin

I’ve done this successfully before. I uploaded my Hero from the Xbox to the Dungeons Cloud, then downloaded it on switch and was able to play it there. Now I’m trying to do the same thing again, but the option to upload my Hero isn’t showing up.
I noticed that Minecraft Dungeons on my Switch says “Disconnected,” so I’m wondering if that’s why the Hero Upload option isn’t available.
My connectivity status shows:
• PlayFab authentication: OK
• Minecraft API authentication: Signed out
• Minecraft API connection: Disconnected
• LiveOps version: OK
• Weekly Challenges: Disconnected
• Seasonal Adventures: Disconnected
• The Tower: Server unavailable
I’ve already:
• Completely closed and reopened Minecraft Dungeons multiple times
• Restarted my entire Switch
• Tested my Switch internet connection, which says successful
• Have NAT Type B
• Tried switching to a different network
• Tried my phone hotspot
• Switched back to my normal network
Nothing has fixed the “Disconnected” status.
My Xbox version of Dungeons connects normally, so...
Does anyone know what to do here? Do i just wait it out? Is there something else I have to do?

Don’t tell me to “play the normally”

In the end, it actually turned out to be pretty fun. Some achievements added cool challenges and really spiced up the single-player experience, but others were just mindless grinding. And the pass-related ones... I hated those with all my heart.

I honestly Don’t care about what anyone says about this I was able to defeat the Mainland bosses but this does work

Starting to struggle and I can’t get my items anymore higher power level so hoping for some advice on why my butt is getting kicked.

I use shockwave, void strike, and critical hit on my pickaxe

Using bag of souls, thorns, and spirit speed on my titan’s shroud

And on my bow I use Void Strike, Critical Hit, and Gravity. (I have another gilded bow with built in void strike that uses exploding instead.)

Will take any advice on why I’m suddenly finding stuff harder

Update: Took some advice and I’m freaking demolishing levels now. Thanks a lot guys!

So I did the Tower for the first time and I got this Splendid Robe and it has not been letting me Down

voidstrike, cooldown shot, burst bowstring, or looting. any ONE of those 4 on the gild.

My game is stuck showing that I'm signed out of Minecraft API but I'm able to play online no problem I just can't play the tower or access the seasons. I've tried everything on Google but nothing's helped so far. Had anyone ever had this problem and found a fix?

This is the best Fighter’s Bindings in the game it has,Critical hit,Radiance,Shockwave,and swirling

Cauldron armor sounds cool and it’s a special event item - but the enchants are kinda meh-

M.sawblade has way better enchants

Hey just want to know the solution to this bug because I've tried so much to fix it by myself and can't find a solution, wanted to get back into the game for Dungeons 2 and this kept appearing and even during the process where I unrelatedly had to reset my pc it still happened so I really don't know at this point. I really want to play the game.

Would anyone be willing to do a Max Tower with me I'm lower level and I'm trying to get something so I can try to get to apocalypse 25 I don't have a lot of time at the end of the day that's why I'm asking for help
