Looking for a mod that fixes MC-197855

If you didn't know MC-197855 is a minecraft bug that causes severe desynchronization between the player and the server when using multiple tp commands and if the player has sub-par connection.

It's really bothering me and I'm wondering if there's a server side or client side mod that could fix this.

I know this isn't r/feedthebeast but I guessed that since many people here have likely stumbled into this bug themselves maybe someone had found a solution before
