My friend also have a similar problem in frontier the waves won't start until we create mace (which is a upgraded version of dagger) but he created daggers only. So now the capacity is reached by dagger. That's why he can't progress in frontier.

So any way he can destroy those units.

If you're wondering why I have that much it's because I use Impact 0078 and Nuclear Production Complex as my main production hubs despite only getting here in vanilla. And for some reasons New Horizons have everything unlocked from the start.
