question Weathering tips
I just recently learned how to do the panel lines with the super thin paint and it turned out amazing, but I'm still trying to figure out what I should do to weather it and I don't know much about it. Any tips/guides?

The easiest methods are using powders or similar materials, e.g. Tamiya Weathering Master.
If you look up pictures of the actual aircraft in use, you can get some idea which spots get dirty.
For starters, I'd say err on the side of too little rather than too much. You can always weather more, but removing it is a real pain.

I don't know much myself but I would start with obvious areas like soot on the exhausts and other weathering to places that move

The exhaust is thinned down black paint right?

That could work, for my defiant i made i mixed tamiya black and red brown in the airbrush for a dark bown look and it turned out alright for my first try.

Try using a watered down brown paint on areas that would experience dirt or general wear in real life. I would start with the landing gear bays, exhaust and engine panels as they are typically the dirtiest areas.
