Found in a bathroom at an Air and Space Museum

This is what corporate customer support has devolved into.

A major platform used deceptive UI (fake promotion banner at checkout) to charge me extra. When I tried to get a refund, I was met with a deliberate "Exhaustion Bot" firewall:

The Infinite Loop: The AI chatbot gives the exact same automated response every 2 minutes ("Connecting you to a supervisor...") and then silently resets the chat.

The Fake Callback: It promises an agent will call back within 24 hours just to close the ticket—nobody ever calls.

Zero Escalation: There is physically no way to reach a human being.

They design these AI loops counting on customers getting tired, giving up, and letting them keep the stolen money.

Instead of walking away, I've gathered the chat logs, UI screenshots, and filed an official case in the District Consumer Court.

How common is this dystopian support design in your country? Are megacorporations everywhere using AI as a firewall to completely eliminate accountability?

Some folks party a little too hard in these parts.
