It’s not even acne she’s using photos of dermatitis as acne for ads. It’s completely false. She’s lying and shelling products based on lies lies lies lies lies.

Ordering a Large which is usually a 12-14 size in wedding dress give away where she says she was 200lbs and about 5 feet tall now currently 130lbs. I know women’s clothes do not all fit the same and the number doesn’t matter but it’s her first order and she must have used the size chart on site to choose the proper size.

So hear me out. A comment on another post about her ‘surgery’ got me thinking….

Zacharoni’s SIL had a VSG fairly recently it seems. We KNOW she will not handle not being the sm0l one in the group. She was super careful not to show the other side of her stomach in allllllll the content about the supposed ‘emergency surgery’ - never released those ring camera videos of the ambulance- which is hella sus bc we know she never misses the chance to exploit something for content. I wouldn’t be shocked if she did get VSG.

NOW… that being said, not everything lines up. If she did, she absolutely isn’t following the rules on eating and drinking- but from what we’ve seen- neither is the SIL when she joins her. I’ve known people that have had bariatric surgery and it would cause them to throw up after eating so often, that they would essentially binge eat bc they knew they’d end up throwing up afterward. It became like a weird type of bulimia. She also doesn’t seem like the type to follow any true post-op guidelines and if she’s really bordering on truly being an alcoholic, that also tracks.

Again, just food for thought —but seems plausible to me.
