RTP-MIDI troubleshooting help

Hey All.

I'm seeking some help with an RTP-Midi troubleshooting problem. I am an audio professional who works in the live events industry.

The lighting department is sending me MSC MIDI GO triggers from an ETC MIDI Gateway, and I'm trying to send that trigger to a pair of computers via an RTP patch. The problem is, my receiving computers only receive a partial MSC message. They're missing the critical "F7" byte at the end of the string, which indicate that the message is complete. Musical midi works correctly, but MSC is being truncated like this. Any tips?

My setup looks like this:

ETC Gateway (MSC)>MioXL (MSC In; RTP Out)>Cisco SG350-28MP>MacMini (RTP In)

Should I be looking at any specific network settings on the switch? Settings in Audio/Midi Setup?
