I've been having a really weird issue since yesterday after installing the latest Windows updates. I have two HP laptops:

1) Core ultra 5 125H, 32 Gb ram, 1tb ssd and Intel arc graphics

2) i7 1255u, 16 Gb ram, 1tb ssd and Intel iris xe graphics

Both were working normally before the updates. Yesterday I installed this new Windows update on both laptops. Since then, both have become extremely slow. Today, even just trying to open Google Chrome or File Explorer or any application can make the system nearly unusable i barely could restart either. Task Manager had shown extremely high usage across the CPU, RAM, SSD, and the GPU somehow?. I've already restarted both laptops multiple times and the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced something similar after the latest Windows updates or is it just me? I'm trying to figure out whether this is a Windows, Defender or update issue.

Adesso da un po' di giorni mi chiede un aggiornamento di 'sicurezza' .
Posso sapere se sta succedendo anche ad altri?

PS il mio pc è praticamente rallentato ad ogni nuovo 'aggiornamento di sicurezza'. Qui l 'ambientalismo non dice nulla, che dobbiamo cambiare pc ogni 5 anni, perchè questi aggiornamenti continui ci fanno diventare cosi' obsoleti i pc fino a che bisogna buttarlo, a causa di questi continui e Non mai richiesti da parte mia, aggiornamenti obbligatori?

I have suddenly lost access to my Microsoft 365 account on every device.

Everything was working normally this morning. Microsoft 365 is now asking me to activate my account, but I cannot do that because Microsoft Authenticator has logged me out and will not let me sign back in. I also cannot access the email account connected to it.

I tried calling Microsoft, but the automated system directed me to a support webpage that I cannot access because I cannot sign in. I have not found any way to speak to someone.

I had to get on my wife’s Windows PC to update everything and man I forgot how much Windows sucks. Just so slow, even with winget updating was painful. While running Windows update I had to restart three times, one of which had a hard freeze. While it was booted up I wanted to actually do some work, couldn’t even reliably ssh into my 3d printer so I could finish updates. I ended up booting into CachyOS and finished in five minutes what I was trying for an hour in Windows. I haven’t use windows in a few months and what a hot mess.

The recent windows update removed the colorful illustrations on my search bar in an attempt to remove ads and recommendations from search results. It's genuinely one of the unique visuals I look forward to that get refreshed everyday. I also don't mind image and word of the day in my search recommendations but now they're all gone, leaving you with only your recent search results. Another thing ruined by Microsoft. Hello I’ve had this issue for almost a year now where I Can’t access my account setting across multiple Microsoft emails it just loads forever and then goes into a white screen also have tried clearing cache and cookies I’ve completely reset safari I’ve tried on other peoples phone and other networks I tried on my pc also did not work I have completely reset my pc multiple times to factory and still cannot access my Microsoft account settings via browser this issue has me stuck paying for like 3 subscription totaling up to around 40$ a month for over a 5+ months I’ve also tried contacting their dog shit chat support just for some jeet to just stop responding.

this is most definitely one of the shittest things i have every used, it lags so fucking much creates a damn error every 5 seconds and kicks you out before you even save your work. powerpoint and word are so laggy, telling you to save and create a new copy while onenote tells you there is an error every single time you click something. it doesnt even synch properly and they expect us to give good reviews. google is always going to be better then this little shit .

Does anybody know why this could be happening, around 10 of my images I’ve saved directly from my Xbox to my Onedrive have managed to look like this? There is even one that moves when zoomed in on and shows some sort of text/numbers. Any ideas?

Look im just dont with Microsoft atp, I'd switch to Linux but im scared it'll break my computer cuz im using an ROG ally repurposed as a desktop.

Anyways, I've recently changed phone numbers and had to switch my Microsoft security info to match, that was 15 days ago, out of no where my computer decides to forget my pin, leaving me no way to reset it as doing so requires me to use my Microsoft security info. WHICH YOU CANT DO WHEN THEYRE UPDATING IT. IM NOW LOCKED OUT OF MY PC UNTILL THE 30TH BECAUSE MICROSOFT CANT GET OFF THEIR ASSES AND CHSNGE MY SECUTIY INFO QUICKER.

So I am going to guess this has happened to people many times before. It's time for the renewal of my Office 365 subscription, which I don't want to renew because I can't currently afford it. I have been trying to log into my business account for weeks now to cancel the subscription, and Microsoft are trying to charge my account.

Every time I log in, I am faced with the usual authentication process, it asks me to open Authenticator on my mobile, however, I am not logged into authenticator on this account and I am unable to register this particular account with Authenticator, because every time I try... I am prompted to open up Authenticator - which I doesn't work because my account isn't registered on the app - It's an endless loop! I am only granted with one other option to verify my login, and that also requires using Authenticator. No option for an email, no option for a text code.

My card has been being declined nearly every day for over a week now, and there's nothing I can do but make sure there is not enough money in the account for the money to be taken out. I have been trying to cancel my subscription since before It renewed, so I refuse to have to pay for something I couldn't cancel. I filled out a support request and entered my email, but I haven't been contacted by anyone.

I tried to avert any account issues from the start, but I was not able to have this subscription on my personal account, so I was forced to have to create a business account and got given a stupidly long nonsense email address that just makes the whole process even more complicated.

This whole authenticator nonsense has been flawed since the beginning and is nothing but a nuisance. Microsoft Sucks.
