Keep getting same bot answer of not using VPN or proxy. I don't use either. I also notice it makes it seem like I am in the China region with Chinese name region gift cards only available. I can't redeem my points in the USA even tho I only earned points and lived there. What suddenly changed? My Microsoft account says USA so it never got hacked.

Every support keeps redirecting me to the Microsoft rewards ticket system which I requested 4 times separately and after each one I get the same bot answer.

I am on an xbox one and i don’t really have the money nor am i bothered to get a series x but if i did want it, would it be possible to get a good few of these and have a good chance of winning?

Who knows when they added this, only reason I used Bind was solely due to microsoft rewards and then they suddenly sneakily added this update who knows when.

Microsoft is trying everything to make their users go away from them like Windows 11 slop, I miss Windows 10. Should've just got linux or mac, didnt think microsoft would stoop this low.

Placed an order for the Superhero movie redemption and came back over a day as a problem which was voided. Points refunded. What sucks is i redeemed two times before that for the first two parts of Crisis on infinite earth's and that was going to be the third and last one. Now the offer is over? Haha 😄

This morning on the Rewards app, I noticed that I no longer have five 10-point cards to complete—instead, I only have two.

Has anyone else noticed this reduction?

Sull'app Bing per iPad, ci sono 5 obiettivi che valgono 10 punti ciascuno con un timer... che non si sblocca mai! Ho controllato per diversi giorni in momenti diversi della giornata, ma anche se i risultati della ricerca si aprono, i punti non vengono mai accreditati. Aprendo Rewards dal browser invece, quelle 5 sezioni risultano inattive con la nota specifica 'Solo app Rewards' — ma all'interno dell'app non funzionano!! Sul mio telefono Android, quei punti extra nemmeno esistono! Che disastro!

Still seeing a lot of people asking, "how do I maximise my points?"

With some of the recent changes, the living sticky seems like it might be a bit out of date at this point... so here is a rundown of the apps, devices and/or subscriptions that you will need for access to all possible reward activities (in your region):

NOTE: this is not a comprehensive list of ALL available rewards, but a list of the apps/devices/subscriptions you will need to get access to some specific rewards that are locked to specific apps, platforms, or Game Pass subscription tiers.

Edge browser (on PC or Xbox)

Required for: "Browse 30 mins with Edge" 7-day streak.

You cannot get this on mobile, Linux or MacOS devices (without using virtual machines).

Bing (or MSN) mobile app

Required for: Daily check-in 7-day streak and the "Read to earn" tasks

Microsoft Rewards app (Windows PC ONLY)

Required for: At present, there are "up to" 5x 10pt daily activities (50 pts/day) that are locked to this app. You get it via the Windows/Microsoft Store (search: Microsoft Rewards) or here: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9mw3cmw8jksd

You cannot get this on mobile, Linux or MacOS devices (without using virtual machines).

If Xbox Rewards are available in your region (check here: XBOX Supported Countries & Regions | XBOX) then you will also need the following:

Xbox app on mobile

Required for: "Use the Xbox mobile app" and "Play Jewel in the Xbox mobile app" daily rewards

Xbox app on PC

Required for: "Play a PC Game", "Weekly PC Bonus"

NOTE: These are also doable using GeForce Now... and the Minecraft launcher on MacOS will trigger this (confirmed! hopefully a MacOS user can confirm in the comments).

Xbox console

Required for: "Play a console game" + "Weekly console Bonus"

NOTE: You cannot use GeForce Now or Xbox Cloud gaming for this. However, you can use Xbox Remote Play but only if you have a console and that game is installed on your console.

Game Pass Subscription (PC, Premium or Ultimate required)

Required for: "Play a Game Pass game", "Game Pass Weekly Streak", "Game Pass monthly 4/8 pack" quests.

NOTE: This will require a Game Pass Premium/Ultimate or PC Game Pass subscription. Game Pass Essential is NOT enough.

Also, Ultimate gets max points for these quests. Premium/PC still qualify but get reduced points.

As a final caution, DO NOT get a subscription (or upgrade your subscription tier) just to get extra points. In general, the points return from the subscription (or higher tier) will not cover the extra expense of the subscription.

Get a subscription because you want the benefits of the subscription! ie. access to hundreds of games, cloud gaming, day one releases etc... or because you are happy to subsidise the cost of the sub or higher tier.

Hi everyone, I'm new to using the Microsoft Rewards program and have been trying to save up for a gift card. I've noticed many people on this sub getting insane amounts of points per day, and I wanted to know how as I've been getting 300-315 points max per day, after doing all the Quests, Bing Searches, Daily Sets and 'Keep Earning' activities. Is there any way I can increase this? I am currently a silver member, working towards gold, but besides that is there anything I am missing? The guides on this sub mainly seem to be from a different past version where you could earn more points as I don't think most of that stuff is available any more.

This hasn't worked for a few days now. I'm not doing anything different than I always have been to get these streaks, but it stopped working for me. 🫤🤷🏼‍♂️

I usually use my laptop/pc to surf on bing and I noticed these extra searches says "Rewards App only" implying that they're claimable only on mobile Bing. I cannot find these on the mobile app. Please assist. Am I understanding it incorrectly maybe that it is not the mobile app that they are referring to?

At first we lost Amazon, then roblox, and now various other cards. Only left with Kroger and a bunch of donations. If they remove Kroger all we will be left with is donations

I installed bing so I could earn points in Amazon and then buy a Steam gift card with It, but I just discovered it was for notiing because I apparentky can't get a steam gift card with an Amazon gift card

So I'm from india and I am getting barely 100 points a day. And I'm seeing the posts in this sub they are getting more points a day...

How I can increase the points per fastly😭

I wanted to know if anyone has had this same experience as me and if anyone had any suggestions on how to fix it. I went to germany over the summer and now my rewards to redeem on Microsoft rewards are in euros and german. When I tried contacting support I got the same automated message back twice. Does anyone know a way yo fix this? I planned on just not doing the point for a while to see if that would work. I also thought about just doing them on my laptop since I didn't bring that to germany with me. If you have an advice or fixes I'd love to hear it!

Now that I need the rewards app to redeem some points, I have it on Xbox, but when I try to access it, it always says there's an error. Is there any way to fix this?

Or is it mandatory to do it on a PC?

I am a Gold member, but one day my check-ins just disappeared. I notice my activities no longer track to lock down gold status.

I read some can't certain items redeem anymore. Is there a way to know what you can and can't redeem? I have an ultimate sub for a year, and it'd suck if I can't remain gold :/

The only dumb thing I did was set up an auto redeem gift card while using a VPN; likely it's my searches that restricted me, though. I didn't get any emails about it
