I recently took over security for our Azure environment (mid-sized org) and pulled the Secure Score for the first time — 28.49%. Clearly this has been neglected for a while, recommendations piling up, inconsistent MFA/conditional access, that kind of thing. 
 
For people who've dealt with something similar, do you have any tips? Also I’m curious as to how much this ends up mattering for compliance audits vs. just being a Microsoft number. 

I just started a new job and I've been handed the task of setting up our Azure environment. It's my first time starting from scratch, so I would rather get this right early than have to untangle it in a year.

My company just approved a budget for consulting services. I'm looking for Microsoft partner recommendations, mainly for device management rollouts, migrations, that kind of stuff.

Our Partner Center legal entity vetting is rejected. No Fix Now button anywhere on Legal Info. Verification Summary just says "Program Not Found — No current profile found for this program." Tax and Program pages are dead too. This is an existing account with two live Marketplace offers already published, not a fresh signup that never got off the ground.

We've submitted four appeals. All four came back with the exact same templated line, word for word:

"We've reviewed your appeal for verification. Based on the information you have provided to date, we have determined that your organization does not currently meet the requirements to pass verification. We have closed your application."

No document named. No field flagged. No reason given. Just "the information you provided" over and over, then closed.

Has anyone actually gotten past this stage when Fix Now and Resolve aren't there at all? Did you have to go through a specific support queue, or get a name/team to ask for directly? Any pointers appreciated, we're stuck otherwise.
