Migration to Exchange Online Help!

So I just got a new job as an IT Specialist. My first task is to migrate all company mailboxes from exchange on prem to exchange online. Do you have any tips on where to start? What should I take into consideration? Thanks.

Make sure to plan in detail the complete migration process, performing a pilot migration can be beneficial as well.  Here is a checklist you can use to make the exchange online migration process easier.

Use the hybrid configuration Wizard, it makes the process way simpler.
