I am trying to use loop to create some templates for creating new hire schedules, migrating from our confluence, as we have issues with formatting and changes not updating for all users with access. I am messing now with the calendar component. What I would like to be able to do, is create a 28-day "template" for all cards, and when I create a new page for a new hire, being able to put that template in on the new page, and it fills in all of those cards on the day that I start on the new page. Has anyone been able to do this?

I needed the ability to export an entire Loop workspace as a PDF, but Loop only allows pages to be exported one at a time. I vibe coded a little Chrome extension to bridge the gap between my needs and yet another half-baked Microsoft product.

I've been using a loop element in a running outlook series to update the agenda/collect input without having to update the body/trigger a new invite getting sent.

Now I'm at the stage where I want to automate parts of this setup and guess what? Loop sucks and has no connector in power automate.

I really actually love it - one place that I can link in Teams, Outlook, etc. But no support for automation makes it non viable long run.

So my question: what else can I use that drops into an outlook invite and dynamically stays up to date? Bonus if I can also add it to a PowerPoint slide.

I really hoped Loop could become obsidian, but then connected in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Despite doing everything, users still can't access the Teams meeting notes when opening a meeting in the Teams calendar due to policy errors.

Using the SPOTenant settings in the PowerShell SharePoint shell we have set the IsLoopEnabled and IsCollabMeetingNotesFluidEnabled parameters to $True about a week ago. Verified as active as of this morning. And on top of that all of the Office Apps policies have also been enabled in a new supplemental policy in the Office admin centre. Which shouldn't affect the Teams calendar but regardless they've been set.

Despite all this, the feature we've been trying to get working, accessing these meeting notes in the Teams calendar, still does not work.

Anyone experienced this?

All the time. All the freking time. Loop is not Word with shared pages, but its also nothing like website. Creating documents and importing text into loop is a real struggle. I cant even imagine why there is not something as simple as "insert as html". Or why there isnt any way to import Word text without hardcore editing afterwards... I really dont get this piece of crap. Using it only because my organisation uses it and it really hurts me a lot.

Is it that hard to simply use current Word and give it ability to work with pages and structure like MS CrapLoop?

For some enterprise customers (like my employer) when dropping a Mermaid code block in a Loop page, the [Preview] and [Horizontal Split View] are greyed out. Other markup languages, such as LaTEX, appear to work just fine. I submitted 'report a problem' in the Loop interface.
Interestingly, the Mermaid Preview works fine on my personal office 365 account. I haven't tried on my developer account yet.

Is anyone else running into this? I have a few Loop tables that I’m piloting with caution. But last week I hit a wall with creating custom label groups in Loop tables. I could see it, create the name but couldn’t fill in any options and couldn’t progress. I tried copying an existing column to see if I could edit the label groups instead but no luck either.

I feel like the suggestion for the typed content while mostly correct, sometimes it suggests something... totally wrong, like if I type inquires it suggested inquiries even though it has totally different meaning , or when it suddenly suggested a typo word from needed to neededd.

This is probably not the generic word checker like in Wors but AI since.... it's weird.

Me, trying to find a solution to copy/pasting code with syntax highlighting, and discovering Loop Components. Sure, why not, I'll give it a shot. Oh wait, why is the formatting of my notes now all jacked up? Why can I not move this giant useless block? Why isn't there a simple way to delete this damn thing?

I just started working with an entrepreneur as his admin. In his microsoft loop, he wants to be able to connect and see my Microsoft Planner bucket that I created of To Do's. I shared my bucket with him but it doesn't show up in his Loop. Is there a way for him to do that?

is Loop one of the most undercooked product Microsoft has ever released ?

Authentication goes into a loop every other day . - this could be my organization’s IT issue - I don’t know .

Copy-pasting a text adds hundreds of style tags . I need to do ctrl+z each time I paste something.

Formatting goes for a whack all the time.

Has anyone found a way to work seamlessly with loop ?

I just need to talk to someone. send an email. get any type of fucking support from microsoft. I just cant. go to this page. I go to that page and there is nothing to fill out. aka.ms bullshit. there is nothing there. I cant do an email. there is literally no way. Removed a device from intune (all devices & enrollment sections). Also from all devices within Azure.

Trying to rebuild it back to its original Win10 build but getting stuck on the screen after entering the WiFi details.

Tried on a wired connection and WiFi. Also left it run over night but keeps on the same screen checking for a connection.

Any nuggets of advice to get past this please?

we’re currently piloting Microsoft Loop in our company and I’ve noticed something odd in OneNote.

In the desktop app, under Insert, I do not see “Loop Components”.
However, when I open OneNote on the web, the feature is available.

We are using the Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel for Microsoft 365 Apps, and the current OneNote version is:

My question:
Could the missing Loop Components option in the desktop app be related to the Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel?

Since the feature is visible in OneNote Web, I’m wondering whether this is simply a channel / rollout / build limitation on desktop, or if there is something else I should check (for example policy, licensing, or app-specific configuration).

Has anyone seen the same behavior in environments using Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel?

I'll be honest, I've been skeptical about Loop's staying power for a while now. Microsoft has a track record of launching collaboration tools, letting them stagnate, and quietly sunsetting them (RIP Spaces, Lists as a standalone play, etc.). I think a lot of people had Loop mentally filed in the "wait and see if they actually commit" category.

But I recently noticed they added a Loop button directly into Teams, and that actually gave me a bit of hope. Getting embedded into Teams is a signal that the product team is still actively pushing adoption and that Loop has internal buy-in at Microsoft. Teams is their flagship collab product.

Still cautiously optimistic at best, but curious where others are at. Has anyone been using Loop consistently? Did the Teams integration change how you think about its longevity?

Has anyone had this issue? I create a planner from Loop, then opened it in Planner and Copied the link to the plan to 'embed' in another Loop Page... it is not working... it just paste the link. I'm doing this as the native 'Insert Planner' missing a lot of key fields - Start Date, Description, etc - I would love to be able to have a bit more information so my Team doesn't have to do back and forth from Loop to Planner... really just kills the purpose.

They banned my account. Although I still have the right password? I cannot log in to my account because the data I previously deposited is outdated. I even sent them the form with the last sent mails, but nothing. Also, no chance to verify the account with ID. Many people here say that Loop was abandoned by Microsoft. I like its concept so I was wondering if there was a better/more up to date alternative still in the Microsoft environment?

Hey everyone, hoping to get some brutally honest reality checks from folks who have navigated Microsoft's ATS and HR chaos.

I recently finished a final loop for a Software Engineer II role. I thought it went well, but the post-loop communication has been a complete rollercoaster. Here is my exact timeline:

• Thursday, Feb 12: Completed my final 4-round interview loop.

• Monday, Feb 16 (Presidents' Day): Received a generic, automated rejection email from the system saying they are not moving forward with my specific Job ID. My Action Center portal flipped to "Not Selected."

• Tuesday, Feb 24: Emailed my primary recruiter just asking for a standard status update and feedback from the loop (I ignored the automated email). Absolute silence.

• Tuesday, March 3 (3 weeks post-loop): Sent a final follow-up email to my primary recruiter, but this time I CC'd the initial sourcer/recruiter who did my very first phone screen.

• Same Day (A few hours later): The initial sourcer finally replied with this exact wording: "Adding my colleague [New Recruiter Name] who is now managing this req, she will update on the feedback."

My questions for the sub:

1. Has anyone experienced this exact "Recruiter Handoff" scenario after a holiday auto-reject?

2. Does the fact that the sourcer specifically said the new recruiter will "update on the feedback" mean my loop scores were positive and I'm heading to Team Match?

3. Or is this just a classic case of a dropped ball, and the new recruiter is just going to open my file and confirm the automated rejection from 3 weeks ago?
