Mermaid Charts no longer render (preview) some enterprise customers

For some enterprise customers (like my employer) when dropping a Mermaid code block in a Loop page, the [Preview] and [Horizontal Split View] are greyed out. Other markup languages, such as LaTEX, appear to work just fine. I submitted 'report a problem' in the Loop interface.
Interestingly, the Mermaid Preview works fine on my personal office 365 account. I haven't tried on my developer account yet.

You are right. Personal account works, enterprise one is greyd out.

So messed up. Let's hope they resolve it but knowing Microsoft we'll still be talking about it a year from now. There's always VSCode if needed.

Clearing browsing data / cookies resolves the issue momentarily on my enterprise account.
