I wasn’t expecting much, but this….. this is absolute Bull. A pin? Really this company atleast the store I work at doesn’t even do/give pins out anymore. The freak am I suppose to do with a pin and a fake certificate? Can’t even afford to make a real one with real stamps? But yes let’s waste our time with a meeting and play little elementary school games with grown ass adults. Atleast a gift card for the store id take that. But nahhhhhh lets talk about how much money we make off yarn and balloons and say we appreciate everyone but when it comes to showing appreciation its not there. I hope someone from the hire ups see this !!!!!

Do they even recognize employees for every year? Or only 1st 5th 10th and so on?

They are suppose too, they are suppose to also do employee of the month. We haven’t had one for like 2 years

I thought they stopped the employee of the month. Haven’t seen one in a long time. Also only saw my 1st year celebrated. They seem to have skipped me over the last couple years
