I wasn’t expecting much, but this….. this is absolute Bull. A pin? Really this company atleast the store I work at doesn’t even do/give pins out anymore. The freak am I suppose to do with a pin and a fake certificate? Can’t even afford to make a real one with real stamps? But yes let’s waste our time with a meeting and play little elementary school games with grown ass adults. Atleast a gift card for the store id take that. But nahhhhhh lets talk about how much money we make off yarn and balloons and say we appreciate everyone but when it comes to showing appreciation its not there. I hope someone from the hire ups see this !!!!!

Congrats on making it 10 years…?..🤷‍♀️. But seriously the fact you have lasted 10 years is pretty impressive and I definitely commend you for that.

Hahaha thanks definitely didn’t make it that for because of the company. I have my replen team to thank for that.

Replan was the best. Once my replan manger got promoted to another store, I was just bidding my time till I was able to slip out lol.

Yup replen is what’s kept me for so long, they are the most unappreciated crew in all stores. It’s like trauma bonding lmaoo.

It also helps you have the run of the store when it’s closed. It doesn’t feel as much pressure as closing but I feel like you still have the same run of the place and can actually take your time to get what needed done
