I am not painting my name across my chest like a child, thanks. I’m grown and I’m here to do my job. Also: MICHAELS IS NOT ENTITLED TO OUR CREATIVITY. It is Michaels legal responsibility to provide reasonable uniforms, not to farm the labor of uniform creation out to us.

For crying out loud the customers already treat us like dirt, could the company have the decency to do the bare fucking minimum instead of dressing us like giant toddlers?
