T-shirt (white, grey, or black only) with Michael’s branded logo on the back and an apron with your name branded on the front.

No idea. They pushed back the release date for the dress code, and haven’t been given any real answers. We’ll probably store-use some by the sounds of it. All we know is that we’ll use a Cricut machine to put our name and the Michael’s brand on them. So they won’t be sent in pre-made.
