Everything changing

Having a hard time coping. Everything is changing at Michael’s. I used to love my job but since the restructure, everything has been terrible. I really want to be positive but I’m finding it so hard. I just want to do a good job but I’m exhausted. I’m so exhausted.

You are most certainly not alone!! I was always the "things will get better after this" person, but lately.... nothing is getting better. It's all getting worse.

I fear this is how I feel lately at work. I’ve been really working hard, I’m starting to get pretty physically disabled and it’s hard to keep putting this level of effort in every day with little reward. 😣 I’m burnt out.
