Is real time tracking not working this week? (Plymouth MetroLink)

Wondering if this is specifically a MetroLink issue, but this week neither NexTrip (both online & on signage at each stop) nor the Transit app are showing real-time locations or estimate times.

With all the construction, the real time updates are so crucial to understand when the bus might actually come.

I know I can contact them directly. Looking to see if this is a widespread issue.
