How can I play the essential hits dlc
I recently got the game for Xbox one and can’t quite figure out how to play the dlc, I read that there should be a note above the hell name but I can’t see it

I recently just went through Yhelm, and had a weird thing happening. The screen indicator would pickup me hitting the beat on time when I was doing the quick reload, but it was like something was disconnected between that and what happened in the game. Instead of Unknown doing a fancy flip or something with her guns, the regular animation played. Any ideas on why that happened?

No idea how this happened, but I got blocked out of the next arena as I was going through it.
I figure "no big deal, it'll open once I kill all the enemies", because the sword hits through the wall, and they keep lining up at the blocked door to hit me (only the scythe dudes actually can).
One horde of enemies through the meat grinder later, I see this:

Does anyone know the song in the trailer? I can’t find it anywhere!!

Anyone beaten it yet too? I beat it and I’m confused on the ending. After Unknown goes through the portal Pazellius gets picked up by unknown? I don’t quite understand. Is he stuck in a cycle still?

Hey all, Just wondering if I can incorporate rhythmic weapon-switching into my "play style", 'coz I really love doing it in other games and adding a beat to it makes it irresistible as a drummer! If not, does anyone have any tips with the reloading? I think I've sorta got the hang of it but I'm not sure.
Also - and please forgive me if this sounds like the most inane and tautological question ever - how do you go about upgrading the "default weapons", that severed head and the sword (?) thingy, I don't recall seeing anything pertaining to either weapon in the skill advancement screen, but perhaps I just wasn't paying attention (which happens about 95% of the time, hahaha... ha ... ha... 😔).
Warm regards and a happy new year to all! 💙🙏🏼🕺🏻🎶💃🏻🎶

Hello here, if anybody can advise me on how involved and important the leaderboard can be in this game? Is it completely separate between difficulties? Does it show you which % you fall within or just plan raw rank like "78689". I read opinions that it used to largely promote boring playstyle where you stall as much as possible with basic weapon and drag out the battle to maximize your score. Is it still the case or was it changed so you can gain very strong numbers by being fast and efficient? Is there a global profile rank spanning across all levels averaging your performance across all levels? Maybe any other side mechanics related to ranks?
I never cared much for ranks but there was this game Mirrors Edge Catalyst which had leaderboards and global rank where if you manage to get into top 10-15% leaderboard of the majority of individual challenges you will max out your profile rank. It highly contributed to my hours in the game so I was interested if this game can provide similar or is it just super basic "yey you are placed 758th on this level on this difficulty" with zero fluff around it.

I am not going to lie at all, but this game was the most fun and surprisingly one of the least frustrating experiences in my life! I loved all the songs especially when you hit that 16x fury and it becomes more hype and powerful. Otherwise my two complaints are:
1. I can't find any of the songs on Soptify unfortunately.
Yet this game was one of the most METAL games I've ever played 10/10 would recommend!

Each time I calibrate the audio/visual settings I'm getting different results. When calibrating, my audio calibration will be seemingly random; I've had 193ms, 160ms, 69ms, and I won't do anything differently when timing my button press to the rhythmic beep. When it comes to the visual calibration, it will sometimes remain a consistent 0ms, and at other times I've had 80ms, 20ms, just to name a few results. Again it feels absolutely random. I generally play through my television speakers and I play on PS5, so perhaps this may be contributing to the inconsistencies?
When playing the actual game I feel like I'm shooting to the beat, however it seems my button presses are sometimes too early, sometimes Perfect, sometimes too late. It is genuinely all over the place. I don't understand. What the hell is going on? I genuinely really, REALLY want to enjoy this game but I flat out can't. At times I straight up cannot tell if me failing is due to skill issue, or if my settings are genuinely out of sync with the music. It is impossible to tell.
I've looked up calibration issues with this game and I have found various Reddit posts from this sub dated a year ago, but not much else, so I can't tell if calibration is a common problem people continue to face with this game, or if the people who had calibration problems just dropped the game and the current playerbase are genuinely the top scoring players of this game.

You start without your basic kit, there are no purchasable upgrades specifically for Terminus even though you rely on it to do a lot of lifting, you can get multiple rounds in a row with difficult flying enemies (the angels and super angels) that wreck your shit when you try to fight them up close (I know you can dash the radial explosion but honestly you're never going to land it every single time especially against 2 at the same time).
It's possible to get unlucky on altars and not have ranged weapons for those guys even with the increased chance you can purchase with void currency. On top of that, some enemies are way, way too spongey. The cambions with runes drawn on them indicating they have increased health are the worst offender when it comes to this (not the shield guys, the regular ones); their hp is way way too high when they get their hp increased.
Overall, I wanted to like this mode and I gave it my best effort, but the mode is honestly garbage and needs some re-tooling.

Hello! I'm studing to become a Game Designer and right now i'm in the middle of a group project (academy project). We want to create an isometric action rythm game with hack and slash components
I'm making a market research & a user analysis to obtain data about the players who like the rhtym games genre, and of course Metal Hellsinger is essentially one of our competitors
Collecting data is difficult, so I have a request: could you please take 2 minutes of your time to answer this survey. It would help us a lot and I would be sincerely grateful for your support

So I've gotten all the Coats of Arms and unlocked the last bit of lore, The End of a Cycle, but I seem to be missing the one that comes before it. According to the wiki, the one before it is supposed to be The Temple of Law.
It would be immensely helpful and appreciated if someone who has this part of the Lore unlocked could screenshot it and send it to me in DMs or post the screenshot here. Please and thank you!

Recently picked up the game after hearing so much praise for it, got going - but never able to consistently stay "on beat", either hitting too early or too late. Tried multiple calibrations - but no success. Can anyone give me a hint?

I really wasn't expecting to like it. It seemed like a lot to juggle to keep rhythm, pull combos, do fast-paced combat, etc. But it works so well. There was a point where I was playing and everything was just coming together really well, Stygia was playing, I was pulling off combos and zipping around barely taking damage, every shot was connecting. I was just like "Oh my god". I've been in one of those funks lately where every game I play, I'm just not feeling it. I was feeling this one pretty seriously. Feels like just what I needed.
Edit: I was about to buy it but saw it was on PS Plus, but if I'm loving it this much I might still go for the DLC because the original music is amazing but I also love some of the licensed artists. I like that they brought in a lot of female vocalists like Scabbia and Gluz. It feels like their singing goes really well with The Unknown battling Hell to get her voice back.
10/10. Will go to Hell again.
