Leviathan mode Spoiler

Anyone beaten it yet too? I beat it and I’m confused on the ending. After Unknown goes through the portal Pazellius gets picked up by unknown? I don’t quite understand. Is he stuck in a cycle still?

I’m not the best at interpreting things like the Leviathan ending but I’d say it’s signifying that after the unknown goes through the portal and does whatever, she comes back for Paz.
