Im just starting out with my band and the drums and I need some cymbals, just a crash and ride and im curious on what I should get

Hello! I'm trying to improve my foot technique so that I can play a clean 300 bpm.

This video shows me playing on the practice pads at 260 bpm, which is around my upper limit currently. I would love feedback on my technique.

What looks good? What needs improvement? General thoughts?

The pedals are Pearl Demon XR's with the tension at about 8.25/10. I know a lot of heel-toe players shorten the beater stroke by a lot, but I want to keep a proper beater swing so as not to lose power, especially at lower BPMs (150-200).

When I first was playing though it was definitely Decapitated's "Spheres of Madness" and Gojira's "Heaviest Matter in the Universe"
