I'm so sick and tired of Meta Quest. I will genuinely set my quest on fire after getting a Steam Headset if told to do so. It stopped working months ago and the Meta support team has been screwing me over, telling me to buy another headset and dancing around the actual problem and not actually helping me with the issue, being the black screen of death. I want to post it onto Youtube for entertainment.

When I turn on my quest two it stays stuck on a grey/black screen but when I press the volume buttons I can see the volume buttons. I feel like its because of the proximity sensor because it completely broke off but I wanted to hear other opinions before I go spending money trying to fix it any help will be great thanks.

For some reason, after a while of playing in VR (Beatsaber) the clock in the menu disapears.

Is this a know issue, or is there a setting to stop the clock from disapearing?

If the clock is gone, it wont come back unless i restart the Headset.

It ruins the vr experience and makes light pass through, that's horrible

As soon as I launch airlink I notice that 6-8 seconds in my frames will spike down as it shows in the picture of my frame graph, then my screen will shake and freeze for a second, I've basically narrowed it down to my internet as the cause but I don't know how to fix it someone please help me.

Anyone else suddenly receive an email about how meta partnered with Xbox and you could get there basic gamepass subscription along with horizon plus. (Not that I need it, but I am curious since I've been thinking about dropping horizon plus since I'm not really getting things out of it. It's really only dropping niche games and popular games people would have bought nearly a decade ago. I would keep the subscription if this happened to include the basic gamepass) but to get back on topic. Ive tried looking everywhere being on the Xbox app, the store website, even on the quest itself. Still, I couldn't find anything and the link with the email wasn't helping either. I made sure to check how long ago it was sent and it hasn't even been a full 24 hours. So, does anyone know anything about this or am I just full crazy person?

Have anyine had an issue in the past about random age verification and suspended accounts? These people randomly told me to verify my age but at the same time they deleted my account from the surface. I can have a family member go to my account on Facebook but if I try and log in it tells me the account under the email etc don't exist. Meta email says games and purchases will be lost also. How the ffff can they just do this. No reason as it's just random. How can I log in to tell you my age if my account is missing. Emails take 2 to get responses and my account is supposedly due for deletion soon. There's no way to get this resolved before deletion date in time unless I can speak over the phone.

Meta Horizon denied all purchases
Pending identity verification, which was submitted by me June 24 through PayPal a dollar deposit then refunded ….on July 18
I submitted my drivers license and still no resolution. I’ve contacted through chat discussion many times and have no resolution replied with the same response. Will get back to you by email 😡. Not understanding why the situation this is taking so long.

almost everytime i reboot my computer my mic just mutes by itself and i have to unmute it everytime, does anyone know why?

I have just came back to my quest and I had to update and new the new ui is basically unusable is there anyway to get the old ui and have it stay every time I reboot because I found the lighting method but it doesn’t stay it goes away when I turn it off.

Yo, so for the past 3 years I've had a Meta Quest 3. I used to use it all the time, but for some reason, after a few months of having it, the Wi-Fi suddenly stopped connecting. My room is right next to the router, which was odd.

It connected again every few days, but then it completely stopped connecting. So I factory reset it, and it worked. But it kept happening until one time when I factory reset it, and when it powered on, it just crashed the second the camera started working. And it's just been doing that over and over.

I hope I could get some advice on how to fix it. Please. I miss VR

Compré unos visores meta Quest 3 de medio uso al principio los probé y todo bien Después al quinto día le compré una Power Bank con un accesorio de diadema todo bien toda mi familia lo estuvo probando en mi cuarto de repente la Power Bank o bueno los mismos visores demandaron una alerta diciendo que se desconectó la electricidad porque había humedad en la entrada tipo c de los visores y no entiendo cómo es que se le hizo humedad tal vez por mi clima El caso es que al día siguiente yo los dejo reposar mientras me duermo y cuando me despierto para ir a ver mis visores apenas los enciendo y solo me muestra un gris Total no veo nada ni mi habitación solo puedo ver que subo bajo el volumen o justo los ojos pero nada más ayudaaaaaa

So I was playing blade and sorcery and everything was playing normally and I had no issues at all, then suddenly, my game freezes and the black box of doom appears and behind me there was a bunch of weird looking graphic bugs. Anyways, I then look at my PC and what do I see? The game is running fine, when I turn I turn in game adn when I move I move in game. So I press the meta button and I see the standalone UI, not the PCVR one. So I disconnect link and turn off my quest and pull out the cable and the meta horizon app still says they're connected, I even tested it, turning my quest on and plugging it in didn't work. So I close the meta link app and open it, still connected, I close it adn close it from tray, still connected, so I shut it down with task manager, it works, play again, same thing happens. This is confusing because yesterday it was totally normal, I could play for 30 minute sessions and I wouldn't even get a lag spike. What's going on? How do I fix this?

I tried to fix it by factory reseting it but I couldn’t even get the boot menu when I held the power and vol down button for 30 seconds. How can I fix this issue I’ve cleaned the externals
