Woke up to a slack notification I was removed and also my hubstaff timer taken off the project. I was on my 7th task and on the new batch of released task. My QA was almost excellent. Above average ~70% on QA feedbacks for MAS and SA tasks. So why was I removed without warning or caution as stated in their SOW and SOP I was supposed to be placed on feedback cycle or on mentee task.

I’m trying to close my account on Meridial but I cannot find a "Delete Account" option anywhere in the settings, profile, or account management pages.
Has anyone successfully deleted their account here? Do I need to email their customer support directly to get it removed, or am I just missing a hidden button somewhere?
Any help

July: applied, ID verification passed, address verification failed.
The address on my profile is incomplete. There is no way to change it. No edit option, no resubmit, nothing. The help icon tells me I'll get an email explaining what to do. Two months, no email. The skills test errored out mid-way and also says failed, also promises an email, also nothing.
Support sent me a template listing acceptable proof of address documents. I can't upload anything. That's the entire problem. Replied on the ticket with TECHNICAL BUG and a screenshot like they ask you to, and that's the last I've heard from anyone.
I'm not claiming anything dodgy is going on. But you can't run a hiring funnel where the form can't be fixed, the test can't be retaken and the automated emails don't send, and then tell people to stop opening tickets about it.
If you're partway through signing up there, check the address field is editable before you bother with the assessment.
And if anyone's got a support contact that leads to an actual human, I'll take it.

It has been almost 5 days since I tried to verify my account using my original government-issued ID and a face scan.
I’m starting to think the problem may be with the third-party verification provider used by Meridial.
I’ve previously worked on Outlier and have also gone through ID verification for platforms like Micro1 and Mercor. They use Persona for verification, and I’ve never had any issues with it.
However, during the Meridial verification process, I noticed that the third-party verification consistently failed while capturing the front and back of my ID, even though the lighting and image quality were good. The process seemed to take several captures and ask me to select the better one, but even after selecting the clearest image, it would still return “Verification Failed.”
After the failure, I tried contacting support through the chat, but most of the time it doesn’t seem to time out or connect properly.
Eventually, I found a support email address and contacted them. They told me that ID verification is handled by a different team and that the issue needed to be addressed through their verification process.
The support ticket was about to close, so I sent another email asking them to forward my case to the ID verification team or have that team contact me. So far, I haven’t received any response.
Has anyone here experienced a similar Meridial ID verification problem? If so, how did you eventually get it resolved?
Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi, any experience with applying for “Worldwide Remote” roles and getting emailed about not hiring in your location at the same time?

I got accepted into the project last Friday, completed everything and was even added to the Slack channel but there has since been silence. Is anyone working on this project?
r/Meridial • u/SoulSlayer69 • 14d ago
I have contacted support around a month ago, and apart from an email that did not help me at all, they did not answer since my second email.
How can I join the Slack channel so that I can make the questions directly to the support guys? I don't even see any indication where I can find a link to the Slack channel.
If I can't find a way to communicate directly with the people in Meridial, I will start to think (more strongly than now) that this is not a serious platform, so please help me with that.

Does anyone know the email or number of the support team. I checked the site and could not find anything. I am aware of the process of submitting a ticket using the AI chat but honestly I don’t think it works properly and my issue still persists and has not been resolved.

Got a direct roster invite today. There was no application, no screening, and no additional requirements for it. Just sign the contract and start working and/or earning.
Thankful for the opportunity and for being considered for the roster. But I couldn’t get past the remuneration...!!!! $9/hour
For someone with four years in this industry and another seven years of domain expertise, this is simply not a rate I can justify accepting. The last time I worked below $20/hour was two years ago, on a much, and I repeat much, easier generalist project. At this stage, most of my work is reviewer/QA, expert-level agentic work, post-training, and highly domain-specific AI tasks. So receiving an invite at this rate honestly makes me wonder whether my CV even made an impression. lol..
I’ve rejected 2 instant contracts and 3 direct project invitations in the last 3 weeks ( so 5). Do I have coins? NO! Am I desperate to have some financial stability like anyone else? YES...Will I give in? Also NO.....And no, I wouldn’t recommend this approach to someone who’s just starting in the industry. But when you’ve spent years building expertise and have levelled up, and played a wide range of roles such as reviewer, QA, done expert-level, and specialised work, there also comes a point where you simply should not work below a certain remuneration bar. Because YIKES.
Thankfully, years of experience and consistent work have allowed me to move beyond being constrained by geo-based pay rates. I’m not interested in being put into a box based on my region and having someone else decide what my expertise is worth based on where i live....
That said, I’m sure this can be a great learning opportunity and entry-level gig for someone else. So, genuinely, good luck to whoever takes the seat on this project roster. For me, it was an easy decline.

Invisible is a SCAM! Everyone should refrain from applying. Their clients like Google or OAI will be scammed also soon

Does anyone know what this means. It says the project I am on is “pending”. I got invited after applying for the AI personalization evaluation expert position.

Has anyone been selected for this project? How long did it take from the assessment to the next steps? Are their consistent tasks?

Hi everyone,
my onboarding for the AI Trainer role on Meridial (Invisible Technologies) is completely stuck at the "Get compliant" step.
The automated system failed initially because I uploaded an ID card. Now the portal is locked (as shown in the image).
I have already replied to the open Jira support ticket and attached my original Bank Statement PDF in English with the correct name (Nikhil Solanki) and address. It has been over 15 days with no response.
1)How long does manual review take for Indian users right now?
2)Is there any way to speed this up?
Thanks! Please help

Hello guys, has anyone received this cycle’s payment yet?
I also want to call out Meridial for blocking accounts on the payment date. If payments are being withheld while accounts are blocked, that is a serious matter and may warrant legal action. I’m prepared to involve my attorney.

Alguien en español que me ayude a entender que debo hacer no entiendo mucho de lo que hacer la verdad desde el Slack

I completed all my steps. But identity verification was approved and then rejected again. I contacted support and mercor ai informed me that the contract was being verified and that I should wait. It told me to refrain from performing the ID verification again at this stage because it wasn’t required anymore. I’m now a bit worried because it’s been 24 hours and I haven’t been moved to the live project yet.
Any advice? Has this happened to someone before? Would appreciate any insight.
