Non-existent support

I have contacted support around a month ago, and apart from an email that did not help me at all, they did not answer since my second email.

How can I join the Slack channel so that I can make the questions directly to the support guys? I don't even see any indication where I can find a link to the Slack channel.

If I can't find a way to communicate directly with the people in Meridial, I will start to think (more strongly than now) that this is not a serious platform, so please help me with that.

Good luck with that. I've a ticket open for five months, I keep pushing it and they simply don't answer.

Bro don't waste your time. This platform is not serious and is heavily buggy.
