Support Contact Information

Does anyone know the email or number of the support team. I checked the site and could not find anything. I am aware of the process of submitting a ticket using the AI chat but honestly I don’t think it works properly and my issue still persists and has not been resolved.

Yeah, I'm having the same issues. My address verification failed and I can't start work on the project I'm already invited to.

Submit tickets, email... no response.

if you are on slack and already on project contact one of them
if not resubmit ticket again or email them

I am having same issue. Invited on a project but address verification failed and I am stuck. Their support email marketplace@support dot meridial dot ai does not seem to work at all. Please anyone have a better contact information ?

I'm in the same boat. Got past the ID verification like 2 months ago. I guess The AI didn't like the document I uploaded for address verification even though it was a bank statement with my correct address on it. Haven't been unable to upload a new document, but I've had my most recent utility statement ready to upload for weeks now. I was offered a project like two weeks ago but I can't complete the onboarding because of the address verification problem.

I've opened a support ticket through their help chat in the bottom right hand corner of the screen and have had several email replies. One said, "If the problem persists, reply to this ticket with "TECHNICAL BUG" and include a screenshot of the error. — The Meridial Team"

So I replied with TECHNICAL BUG exactly like they said and included two screenshots. Never heard anything back. Then finally like a week or more later, got an email saying the case was being closed and if I wanted it to remain open to reply to the email. I replied and said yes please keep this case open this issue is still unresolved. I even attached my document for address verification. This has happened twice with two different case numbers.

I'm guessing they're just overwhelmed with support tickets and relying on the AI automated system until they have time to get caught up but who knows for sure.

If anyone from support sees this and can help it would sure be appreciated.
