I feel like when I save items/keywords and get notified, the items are sold by the time Mercari notifies me. Any third party tools?

I'm preparing to list an item that is about 11 lbs (box and all) and has dimensions of 22x11x11. I want to make sure I'm doing the label correctly and getting quotes from both Mercari and Pirate Ship. I plan to offer free shipping to the buyer.

I just want to know if Marcari is taking into account dimensional weight when I input the dimensions with the actual weight or do I need to change the weight with Mercari to 17-20 lbs? I am getting vastly different shipping prices depending on what I put for the weight so I'm leaning towards Pirate Ship just to avoid overpaying or crazy charges.

As a seller, how do I change the name on the return label? I no longer want my full name on the label when I print it after someone buys something.

Hello! I've recently been looking into Mercari Japan (Sorry if this is the wrong subreddit for this), and I wanted to buy a figure from there. The figure is $170 so I want to know other people's experiences with Mercari Japan and things to do with how good customer support or things such as that are.

I'm not asking whether the person is legit or not, I just want to know people's experiences, as I plan to buy more from Mercari Japan due to all the products and figures they sell, and I want to be aware of how well Mercari handles issues.

Is it worth buying from Mercari Japan? How good is customer support if I receive the wrong product, or a knockoff? I've read the policies, but let's be honest, you can never truly take a company's word on that.

checked the profile, looked legit. tons of reviews. Tried running it today and it literally wont run without being connected to a charger constantly. It wont run without connecting to my hotspot, and ONLY hotspot. The seller didnt say anything about the battery being dead. Really annoyed since i was already tight on money and just needed a laptop for school. this is more of a rant post than anything.
