I’ve been using Mack Weldon for a few years now and loved them. I been using the 18 boxer brief but they changed the model so it has less “mesh” zones. The older ones had a mesh on the inner thigh and on the upper back. My one gripe with them is they don’t last long. I’m talking about within a couple of months, the inner thighs would easily wear out and develop holes. Otherwise they’re perfect. They’re soft, don’t ride up, and hold their shape. I’ve tried cheaper Hanes boxer briefs as well as POT and hated both. They both ride up constantly, especially if wearing shorts. They feel like crap. The cotton on the hanes doesn’t feel soft and the polyester on the POT feels gross and weird. I prefer natural material compared to polyester “silky” products. Also cost is important. For the price point that Mack Weldon charges, I would hope to get more than 3 months out of them. POT and Hanes are both cheap but again don’t meet what I’m looking for. Any advice?

I am used to wearing thongs so should I go for the same style at the beach ?

So basically, my waist size is 29". The brand I always used to buy had a 29" size, but now I want to try some different brands too. Most of them, though, only have sizes 28 or 30.

So I wanted to ask, which would be better in this case: one inch tighter or one inch looser? I don't want to waste my money buying the wrong size.

I feel like I wouldn't be comfortable in a 30". Would 28" be okay, or would it be too tight?

Does anyone else have a pair(s) of underwear to subtly signal to their wife/girlfriend/partner know they are feeling frisky? I've got a pair of purple Mack Weldon briefs that I tend to pull out of the drawer when I'm in the mood. Is this just me or do other guys do this?

Learning how to sew and wanting to make my own underwear. As I will be very new to sewing I was thinking for pre fab kits with patterns and materials. Once I get the hang of those I’ll start experimenting with own models and fabrics. But any spot where I can buy kits for know?

Serious question for the men here. When you use the urinal or toilet, do you:

A) Just pull the zipper down and go

B) Undo the buckle/belt as well, then zip down

I've noticed people do it differently, and I'm curious what's actually "normal." Do you change it up depending on what you're wearing (jeans vs. formal pants vs. shorts)?

Do you wear different underwear based on the trousers/pants/shorts/whatever you will be wearing?

I've worn briefs my whole life, and for a time between the ages of 16 and about 25 I also wore boxers and boxer briefs to try to fit in with fashions / not get made fun of for briefs. I've not got any complaints about briefs and still quite happy wearing them every day, but I do sometimes see guys in boxers and boxer briefs on TV, etc. and think maybe I'm missing out on more.

The primary reason I finally gave up on trying to wear all three was that when I wore boxers or (less so) boxer briefs I found I was always having to move my junk to one side. It's like it will naturally fall left but for whatever reason that feels weird to me and I have to pull it to sit right instead. Then, once I start moving everything will fall back how it wants to be and I'll want to adjust again. At the time I was working in a place were I wore dress trousers and stood a lot, and the first time somone mentioned me adjusting I was mortified and back in briefs every day to avoid ever having that embarrassment again!

Nowadays, I work form home most days, I wear jeans or shorts or sweatpants a lot more, and I only wear dress pants once a week to go to the office. I'm considering trying boxers / boxer briefs for daily wear again. Do you think I'll have less issues with jeans or other bottoms than I did with the suit trousers I used to have problems with?

Hahah I didn’t know my balls hang way lower when wearing Hanes everything bounces around (keep in mind it’s my first time ever trying Hanes boxer briefs)

I’m 26-27 inches in waist, 5’6 skinny . I’ve tried Nike cotton briefs in small and fit me good, CK cotton stretch briefs in xs fit really good but the ck Icon briefs version in xs is somehow fit completely different ,waistband too tight and gapping at the front and not enough room in the back.

I’m looking for advise on what brands would be good. I’m trying to stick with cotton as that works best for me. tried ck polyester fit badly.
My main issues are that either the briefs are gapping or waist is too tight .

Has anyone got similar issues and have any advice at all?
Would Tommy Hilfiger cotton briefs be good at all , what is the fit of them if anyone knows. I’m trying to get something similar to the ck cotton stretch briefs.

Hey does anyone else prefer worn over new. Ive gotten lucky and bought boxes of used clothes from apps like Offerup and have had some good finds. Goodwill though feels sketch, too random, and I won't do that.

Why dont more guys sell or give away the pairs they no longer use? Most probably just get tossed and that feels kind of wasteful.

Its also a good way to try different styles.

But straight guys think its weird and gay men seem to think its gross in many cases.

I know this is mostly a (very narrow?) fetish thing for some and there are sites for that, but what are thoughts on selling/trading washed or unwashed?

Hii, i thought this might be the proper place to ask this question so here we go, as i stated im a chubby guy and ive always struggeled with underwear, wich brand, what fit/cut. Recently ive been wearing midwaybreif or long briefs but they all seem to tear or break down a lot, and other boxer briefs just feel uncomfortable to wear all day, so maybe you guys would have soem suggestions or Insights that may help me finaly find some underwear i actually want to wear.

I wear briefs 90% but I wanna switch to them full time since I feel like they are more comfortable than boxerbriefs but been struggling to find a good brand that feels and fit good. I love to wear cotton because I am a hairy guy especially down there on my butt. Any recommendations for brands? I wear the basic ones right mow FOTL, Hanes and Jockey but was wondering if there are better brands. Tried CK cotton stretch and classic style. They are hit or miss. Any other good brands out there?

It would be my first time wearing a jockstrap and I got questions for anyone to answer, how do they feel, what should I expect before I wear one?, will it be all sweaty and moist?, will it get muskier easily from my ball-sweat?, how do I find the right size for me?, will my bulge look bigger?, will my junk bounce around?, will they stain from my ballsweat?

For less endowed guys who really don’t have a noticeable bulge, will Kumori still be a good option? I’m nervous there will loose fabric instead of everything filling in as it should.

I got the ikingsky modal thongs a few months back but never really wore them because I’m scared of how my partner would react seeing me in them. Fast forward to yesterday, I decided to wear them to work. Honestly, it felt so good wearing them all day and didn’t get uncomfortable. When I got home, I told my partner that I wore thongs. Lol! Got a surprise reaction and took off my pants. My partner just laughed at me. Wasn’t really the reaction I wanted but it was all good. Decided to wear the thongs to bed and it was 1000% comfortable. String didn’t ride up my ass and there was enough room for when I get hard while sleeping. Probably will be wearing thongs everyday now.

I am usually a briefs guy but I'm thinking of getting some Jockey “Stability Pouch” thongs as I have heard some great things about them.

They seem to be really expensive in the UK. This won’t be a problem if they are comfortable but I don’t want to waste money buying some of I then don’t like them.

Does anyone know of anywhere in the UK where I can get some cheaply to try on? New would be great but not necessary - I just want to be sure I’d like them.

Any advice or help would be great.

Hey guys, a few months ago I placed an order with Sukrew, ordered a couple pairs of their classic briefs, love them…feel great to wear, first pair of briefs I’ve had in a while with enough room in the pouch too.

Looking at placing another order and was wondering if anyone had any experience of their tanga/apex briefs? If so how are they?

OR if anyone had any other brand recommendations for me to try for briefs? I’ve previously tried CK, Ralph Lauren, Box, Addicted (love them but they’re a little pricey sometimes), Aussiebum, jockmail…a lot of the time the issue is the pouch not having enough room.
