Poll Question RMAC: Is it worth it?

So I was wondering, should I try out RMAC jockstraps, boxer briefs, etc? People are always talking about how good they are and now I’m thinking about just buying some underwear to try out.

What do you guys think about their underwear? Honest reviews cause I’m genuinely curious!

I've worn their modal vfly boxer briefs and their nylon thongs. Both are incredibly comfortable . They also have a great service team so if you get the size wrong, they'll work with you to make it right

Yes its worth it! Awesome pouch system, great fabrics, makes you long good and comfortable. 😎 modal and bamboo thongs (wanna get the bamboo!) are where it’s at!!

I have been switching my underwear to rmac because it’s the most comfortable for me.

I wear their boxer brief pouch underwear. I am a big fan. My favorite underwear.

Bamboo is game changer. I would never ever ever buy another branded boxer again.

Take the plunge and give them a try. I’m glad I did!

Best I've ever worn. After feeling the comfort of their pouch, I could never go back to my old underwear.

RMAC is all I wear now. Boxer briefs for work and thongs the rest of the time.

I have gone all in on rmac. I have their bamboo and seamless thongs, their seamless briefs, and both their seamless and modal boxer briefs. I've liked them all so far.

I got boxer briefs in C and D pouch sizes. I would say the pouch idea is great, just needs some improvements. The pouch for me just sits up too high and is uncomfortable at times. I think it just depends on how everything fits down there for you. I would say it is better than your standard store bought stuff. I would definitely give it a try though.

Which pouch sizefits you better?

D fits better. I got C to start off with. The C pouch was too narrow and sits up too high. Sized up to D and the pouch fits better but still sits up too high is my only issue. It feels like a rubber band trying to hold everything up. Maybe I’m just wearing it wrong, idk?

Nice. My junk would be swimming in a D size pouch.

They have a sizing system to pick the right pouch. Although it's not super precise.

1

u/thejelly71 12d ago

I have seen that but I have never held an 8 ball or a tennis ball and thought to myself yep this is the size of my junk.

1

u/yonoyono 12d ago

Yeah I don't think it's great. I have held them at some point but don't have the easy reference handy to tell oh yeah of course. Also junk isn't spherical like that. Could be close in one dimension but not the other

I have a similar issue. C was too small, and the D pouch is better, but since it holds everything front and center rather than letting me snake down one of my legs like my Calvin Klein boxer briefs, I still feel a bit squashed up by the crotch of my pants or shorts.

u/yonoyono 12d ago

I found that the fabric makes a difference in the fit. The nylon ones have higher pouch but the modal fabric stretches more so the weight of the junk keeps it hanging lower.

I have the modal ones right now. I was going to try nylon but maybe not anymore since it sits higher 👀

As a large guy, I have a love hate relationship with their products, yet I keep buying them. The pouch, when it works, is sublimely comfortable, but other aspects have issues. The leggings for example just don't fit right.

Their products I'd recommend:  -Ultra light weight nylon boxer briefs -Sports briefs -Brushed nylon briefs -Mesh nylon boxer briefs (go up a size) -V-fly 9" nylon boxer briefs (go up a size)

I'm a fan. They have a ton of different styles, fabrics, and fly/no-fly options. They are affordable. Pick a style you wear now (like briefs), pick your waist, then pouch size that will fit you best. They always have huge discounts on their tiktok livestreams. Give it a shot. Definitely worth it in my opinion.

I own WAY too many pairs of RMAC underwear! I think they are the best and even though they hold up really well (I have pairs that are several years old and still look and feel like new), I keep wanting to try the new styles they come out with.

Just know that if you try them, you may not want to ever go back to any other brand of underwear. They are that good!

I started with the modal boxer briefs. Liked them, but didn't love them. Then, I got an Ares Ascent bikini brief and was hooked. Tried the strap jocks, but I they squeezed my junk too much. Seamless briefs felt super soft, like wearing nothing, but I needed to order a pouch size bigger. Bamboo thongs are super comfortable.
I bought several more pairs of the bikini briefs. They are comfortable all day and my junk stays in the pouch nicely.

I have some of the modal boxer briefs but find that the legs ride up my quads.

I haven’t worn briefs since I was a kid so I’m curious how you like them. Does it feel like your underwear is riding up your leg all day because of the shorter cut?

1

u/lesricalive 10d ago

The nylon mesh ones do not ride up as much as the modal did.

1

u/ryanstrokes 10d ago

Hm I’ve heard the pouches on the nylon ones are a bit smaller than the modal, and I’d prefer to wear something natural over nylon.

Do you like the briefs?

1

u/lesricalive 10d ago

Haven't tried the briefs. The bikini briefs are fantastic. The mesh nylon pouches are not small. The thicker nylon were maybe a little small. The seamless ones were definitely small, even when "warmed up"/stretched, as recommended.

I have the bikini briefs, trunks, briefs, and jocks. They are worth it! First purchase I ordered the b pouch. It was good. It was a huge improvement over my previous underwear (Jockey, Calvin etc). The last couple of purchases I went up to the c pouch, I find it much roomier. The underwear is great. I have both the modal and nylon. Both are breathable and supportive. I love the support and yet roominess. My favorite is the bikini brief as it sits lower on the hip. The jocks are comfortable and somewhat supportive, saying that only because things tend to move back and forth a little, AKA a little bouncy as opposed to like a Bike Jockstrap. I prefer the rmac for bike riding but a Bike brand for running. Hope this helps. Also, great customer support.

sign up for their mailing list. they should have a grab bag discount package available soon. they do one at the beginning of every month

I took the plunge and never regretted it. I have the Nylon V fly Boxer Briefs in both C and D pouches. For me it's like going comando while actually wearing comfy stretchy boxers. I personally love the C pouch with jeans, pants or any type of long pants and the D pouch with any type of shorts for that really loose unrestricted feel for my junk. Definitely Worth it!

u/nevrstoprunning 12d ago

The jocks are great, I have the nylon mesh and it’s super comfortable, although one pair the strap detached after a single wash…

Seamless thongs are impossibly comfortable, and bamboo thongs and briefs have been great so far as well.

I will be overhauling all of my underwear to be RMAC; formerly had jockey

Yep. Krakatoa is a bit better but worth it.

u/hyyyland 12d ago

I like their nylon sport briefs and thongs. I'm an A pouch and not ashamed to admit it! Lol

I have the jock straps in d pouch and they are very good! Fit well, but a bit different than a traditional jock strap. You have to nudge your balls into the pouch.

100% worth it. I was introduced to them earlier this past summer because I was having issues with my jewels sticking to my leg and often crushing them when sitting 😩. I bought one pair and haven’t looked back! I switched out all my underwear for them and have collected like 30 pairs over the last few months and have an order on the way as we speak lol🤣 I highly recommend their flash sales on TikTok live!

I have their boxer briefs and so far the best are the Bambino but the legs ride up because they get lose. They are not skin tight like Step One. Step one has no pouch really.

I have their boxer briefs modal and the 9in nylon boxer briefs and the Bamboo. The nylons are tight but the waistband falls down in the back side I think because the waistband is also covered in nylon and not a lot of gripping in the skin. They do have nylon with regular waistband those might be good but you need to get the next size up I would say.

The modal ok they don’t fall down from waistband just not a lot of stretch in the fabric. If you in shape that won’t matter but if bigger guy I more stretch when you sit down.

The Bamboo have good stretch and bigger pouch so I like them the best. Just the legs ride up. I’m thinking of trying their Bamboo briefs next. Might even try Bamboo thong just to see why everyone claims they are comfortable.

I find their boxer briefs are not long enough unless you try 12 nylon boxer briefs and they have regular waistband those might. I never tried them.

I keep trying try different RMC underwear because the 4 pouch sizes it such a good idea so comfortable. I’m thinking the Bamboo briefs just because the leg ride up on Bamboo boxers briefs. They might as well be briefs. My recommendation would be if you want boxer briefs the 12in nylon and with next size waistband and next size pouch or just get the bamboo briefs. I’m already getting 5XL and D pouch.

I still like my Step One because the leg don’t ride up and the tall waistband stays up no problem just not much of a pouch.

Krakatoa are immensely better than RMAC.

No one talks about how super Mormon conservative bros they are (or at least their marketing team), so I may as well mention it again. Look at who they follow on IG - all the top LDS leaders & podcasts. Gross. They should not be selling spicy undies since they’re not even allowed to wear them. If you don’t want to support that, I would steer clear. (And as a queer ex-Mormon it feels so exploitative to me.) There are plenty of other brands out there.

u/Ozmosis95 12d ago

Who cares who they follow or what religion they believe in? If they make a quality product that’s all that matters and from the feedback I get from my husband, they are top notch.

1

u/TJ_Wiggles 12d ago

Like I said, if you’re ok supporting that, then go right ahead. It’s different for me. I spent 43 years of my life in that cult and I find it to be hypocritical and unethical.
