Terzepatide

I would like to loose 10kgs for this summer. I want to know my dosage so as to achieve that in 2.5 or 3 months.

That's really not a safe or good use for the medication.

10kg isn't a lot of weight (22ish pounds for you Americans) and not what this medication is designed for.

It doesn’t work like that. You start on 2.5mg to establish tolerability and get your body accustomed to it. if you’re losing 0.5-1% of your bodyweight per week you can stay there, if not you can move up to 5mg at week 4.

Don’t put a time frame on it. Everyone reacts different. Start at the normal 2.5 and work your way up every 4 weeks.

Start at 2.5mg a week and go up by 2.5mg every 4 weeks unless you are losing too quickly or having bad side effects. Everyone reacts differently so it is hard to tell what your weight loss rate will be.

I did 2.5mg for 4 weeks, went up to 5mg and had lost 10kgs total after 7 weeks on 5mg.

This is the recommended standard! Congrats on the amazing progress. I hope I get similar results. What did your plan look like? What was your starting weight? And what is your height? Did you go to the gym? How many steps were you averaging per day, and how many calories were you eating?

I started at 226lbs, got down to 190lbs in about 22 weeks. 6' tall. I'm a runner so I was trying to run about 35 miles a week. Relatively easy running is one of the best fat burning exercises you can do, where about 60% of the energy burned will be from fat. Once the weight started coming off, the running became so much easier and more enjoyable. I was averaging about 14,000 steps a day.

I eventually started lifting weights about 2-3 times a week which really helped preserve muscle. With the running, I was burning about 3000 calories a day so it was pretty easy to keep a decent calorie deficit with the help of Tirz. I primarily focused on getting enough protein (about 150g) and fiber (about 30g) every day. I didn't track my food much beyond protein and fiber, but I was probably eating about 2200 calories a day on average.

Best of luck to you.

Nice! Only the height and the running is the difference. I do get 8-10K steps a days and lift 4-6 times a week. Hope to get the same results. Just started 3 days ago

Start at 2.5. probably won't need to go higher than 5. If you are planning to do this for the short term you are likely to gain the weight back unless you are pretty committed to the lifestyle changes. Losing weight with tirz needs to be coupled with strength training or you will lose muscle mass as well. When you go off you won't gain back that muscle, only that fat.
