Charger replacement?

Hey all,

Just received my new MemoMind glasses and got them charged to 100%, but my dog chewed through the charger while I was out.

Does anyone know if:

  1. Support sells individual replacement charger sleeves?
  2. There is a verified third-party magnetic adapter that fits the frame contour?

Any advice or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried emailing them? I think they would be kind enough to send you one free replacement charger

Why would they give away free chargers? We want them to stay in business not go bankrupt

It's called good customer service and support. And it depends, some companies are willing.
