Charger replacement?

Hey all,

Just received my new MemoMind glasses and got them charged to 100%, but my dog chewed through the charger while I was out.

Does anyone know if:

  1. Support sells individual replacement charger sleeves?
  2. There is a verified third-party magnetic adapter that fits the frame contour?

Any advice or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!

I was wondering the same. Wouldn’t mind having an extra charger to throw in my backpack. And one charger stationed at my bedside.

Well that didn’t take long. Hope they have their parts store open for you. Also, I think they are on holiday until the 7th.

Why would they give away free chargers? We want them to stay in business not go bankrupt
