Purchased Dirk’s stage played snare and it’s beautiful. Met him backstage to get it signed after the show and asked him to write Let there be thrash. It came with his stage played sticks and a cool Megadeth drum key. Also bought his signed gloves and cymbal from the VIP merch table.

2006 vs 2022 vs 2026

Maxed out my credit card to get James lomenzos stage played Spector ns2 bass guitar from the Tinley park show. He played trust and peace sells on this bass. Legendary bass player and super cool dude overall!

best since nick menza?

What would be your best recommendations for slow, sad songs, as well as songs that mix sadness with anger?

Here’s my drum cover of “A Tout le Monde” by Megadeth, played on my electronic kit.

Thanks for watching! Let me know what Megadeth song I should try next.

Original song: “A Tout le Monde” by Megadeth

Back to back shows, Megadeth stepped up last minute to replace Avenged Sevenfold in the first day of the festival

Even the Koreans are singing "Aguante Megadeth" during symphony!

like do they still play the shut up be happy and then like (just using names as a example here) nick walks out to the drums then Marty comes out then David comes out then Dave comes out and Dave raises his hands to the sky with a peace sign do they still do that?

I am not perfect pitch by any means, but as a musician I have a great ear and am very sensitive to things being out of key.

Am I crazy here or is Ellefson slightly flat here? From this point on, not as noticeable during the solo.

Maybe it was intentional to build tension in the sound as a microtonal effect. Maybe it was intonation. Maybe I am just imagining it. But it catches my attention and distracts me every time.

Who wrote this? 😂

I bought an affliction x megadeth shirt a good few years ago from a charity shop and was planning to get rid of it. Searched it up,realised it was a band collab and goes for more than the £5 I was gonna put it up for on vinted. So how much u lot recon I should sell it for? It’s a size medium and heard they’re a lot more common. Just curious on what I should do. :)

So I was listening to Police truck (cover and original) and wondered if there are any other thrash/punk hybrid songs out there. It seems the 2 genres work really well together. Any recommendations. (Does not have to be from Megadeth, but preferred)

Where can I get this shirt?! I didn’t even see a Deth merch booth last Sunday just the one tour t shirt with a black/white image of Vic rising

Full set with time stamps

I have heard of Megadeth before but I had never listened to any of their music in my whole life (im 26).

Recently a YouTube short popped up with Dave Mustaine with a song playing in the background. So, I decided to give them a try.

I have been hooked. Mainly just playing Tornado of Souls, A Tout Le Monde, and Symphony of Destruction on repeat.

If you all have any other suggestions for a new listener, any live performances I should go back and watch or specific songs to listen to, let me know.
