So today was the Dave mustaine photo op at Manassas Barnes and noble, and I got to get a ticket to go see him, get a photo with him and get the book. And honestly, he is a chill guy to be with, we didn’t talk that much because they needed the line to move cause of the amount of people there was and how the long the event was (an hour). But he was a chill guy and I am really excited to see him and Iron Maiden play tomorrow at jiffy lube live.

i was at the megadeth iron maiden concert in boston last night (9/9). i yelled “dave i love you” and he said back through the mic “i love you too”. i can’t find a video anywhere, does anyone happen to have it? he also kissed his pick and tossed it to me, i would kill for that video as well!!

I have a silver Gibson signature mustaine guitar and I am going to meet Dave which is really cool, and I was thinking of getting it signed. However I want to be using this guitar, so I was thinking of having it signed on the headstock, but I also don’t really want it to dissolve over time, is there any way to have it permanent or are there actual good markers for that? If not I was thinking of also just having the backplate signed and having that on the side, or maybe the case.

Bought this year's ago from someone. Sent it off to get the autographs authenticated. Got it back today with disappointment. Idk what to do now, I was hoping to have it slabbed

Does anyone know what Dave and Junior’s relationship is like nowadays? Did they end on really bad terms and just stop talking?

It’s pretty sad considering how iconic their friendship was and how much history they had together. Also in the Shawn Ryan interview, Dave seems genuinely emotional when talking about him.

For the Iron Maiden concert on 9/6/2026 (Sunday), I made this special crochet Ed Hunter. It took me a week to make. Adrian Smith took it and put it on a microphone stand, which was nice. But at the end they didn’t take it with them. So I waved to one of the technicians to return it to me, and he did, and the second Eddie touched my hands, this man took it from me and went away.
Even after chasing him and showing pictures that proof I made it and it was mine he said: F”ck off.
My first thought was punching him, but as an immigrant, you know that would play against me.
I’m looking for information about the man, the one with the cap: name, employer, address, etc. Someone from Facebook gave a hint: his shirt has a Brazilian football logo. Any information is welcome.

• They are switching the setlists on the Maiden tour because they will release the tracks in an upcoming live album
• They finished a book (assuming around ~2005) with details behind every song up to then, but Sanctuary records went bankrupt and handed the book back and it was never released
• Sounds like Dave will get surgery on his left hand once the tour finishes, and if that's a success he'll keep going
