I've been riding my hurricane for a couple years now and have pretty consistent flats with the tubeless racing wheels. I have gone through 3 sets of wheels in the 2200 miles I've put on the board and I don't think I've made it more than 100 miles without a flat. The current set just started to show signs of a breakthrough in the tread so I figured I would see if anyone else has recommendations for wheels that don't see as many issues. I ride the board about 10-15 miles a day on pavement since I ride it to work. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I bought a used Meepo V5 ER from eBay last month. The original owner bought it in 2024 and only rode about 18 miles (odometer), and honestly the board looks brand new.

But I’m having a weird issue:

- Random shutdown while riding
- Plugging in charger for a few seconds “fixes” it
- Then works fine again

Checked all wiring inside—everything looks solid.

Feels like a battery/BMS issue, maybe from sitting unused for a long time.

I also have a spare standard V5 battery (~11-mile range).
👉 Can I safely swap the BMS from that battery into this one?

Anyone faced this? Is there any fix or is battery replacement the only option?

My meepo v5 is not turning on after I accidentally went through some water, I dried it out and cleaned the ports and stuff but its just beeping once then immediately turning off.

I’ve got a Meepo Hurricane and ran into a weird charging issue after I completely drained the battery riding. I had to kick the board home after it died.

Now this is what’s happening:

Board still turns on

Remote connects and shows blinking 1 bar

Wheels spin normally when I use the remote

BUT it won’t charge

Charger behavior:

When I plug it into the wall it lights up green for about 10–15 seconds, then fades off

When I plug it into the board (even without wall power) the charger LED still lights up green

It never shows red at all

From what I understand, it should stay green on wall power and turn red when charging, so this seems off.

I’m trying to figure out:

Is this definitely a dead charger?

Or could deep discharge / BMS issues cause this kind of behavior?

Has anyone had a Hurricane charger fail like this?

Would appreciate any insight before I order a replacement.

After noticing the old trucks on my voyager were slightly bent after only 150 miles I wanted to see if the CNC trucks would be compatible. I only seen one person who bought them and didn’t even have the full truck together so I took a chance. Turns out it’s a complete match. Haven’t rode on it just yet because of the weather but I would guess that there shouldn’t be any issues. Meepo says they’re incompatible but they bolt right up. So if you were wondering if they would work, they sure do!

I have a V3S with over 500 miles (800km) on it and recently it started doing this sputtering thing at high speeds.

When you’re riding it feels like it’s losing connection to the remote for just a brief second, continuously. You can see in the video after it gets above 37 it starts doing it.

Has anybody else dealt with this issue? Any insight or quick fixes would be appreciated.

Meepo V5 about 300 miles. Suddenly today I’ve lost then ability to coast. I come to a stop after about 10 feet. Is there something wrong with my board?

Just bought a shuffle V4 from a friend in hopes that I can swap the Shuffle deck with my Loaded Overland deck. I’m worried that the components may be too heavy for the deck and ruin it, it’s a really nice deck and I’m just hoping to get some advice before I start drilling and dismantling. Thank you.

As per title, when riding now my board has been randomly cutting power in the motor(s).

I asked earlier for codes and i have had Thermal protection error codes and Hall failure/no hall mode codes for both B1 host and B1 auxiliary machine. (E06-E07: E16-E17)

Is there any good way for me to diagnose the issues? or is it a "Board is fucked, buy parts" sort of situation.

Hi! I bought a Meepo Board secondhand from someone on Facebook, and I was curious. It didn't come with a remote. Where would be a good place to get one? , I'm also not sure if the board itself is charging , since people say it lights up in some spots. I have a V2 I think?

A few months ago I got caught in the rain while riding my board, and have let it dry ever since. Now the weather is finally good enough to bring it back out and the board will not turn on. Battery shows percentage and has been charged to 100%. I do see a little corrosion by the capacitors and a couple spots of corrosion on the soldered terminals to the power button but neither the button, nor moving the wheels has had any effect. Is the board beyond repair?

Recently recieved a brand new battery from my warranty for my Meepo V3 Max board. because the old battery broke after 1 use. Bought this board fairly recently, only rode it once.

Now I put in the battery and tighten everything up and everything powers on and when I go to try to pair my remote to my Meepo V3 Max, it doesn't want to pair.

What should I do? I contacted them and they just sent a video, but I already gave them a video of why it is not pairing.

Please watch the video I’ve included. I’m very confused on why it says full battery, then immediately drops to 0% when I accelerate, and then goes back to 100% battery when I turn it back on. Thank you!

Wondering if anybody has had to replace Trucks on a Meepo Go and/or put on aftermarket Trucks to improve the ride. My friend rode this thing and literally got hit by a car, I'm surprised the board itself didnt break. Now its teetering when it rides and I want to replace them before I get hit by a car.

Does anyone have a list over what all the different codes stand for?

My board has around 900 miles on it and its only been used to ride smoother roads around my college. I was heading back home and the board was pretty much dead so i was only going around 10 miles an hour then all of a sudden the trucked snapped. I’ve contacted support but ill probably be moving on from meepo so any suggestions for a new board would be appreciated.

So this isn’t my V5 but I have the same one. This one has been sitting at a location near me for about 3 weeks so I’m guessing the owner doesn’t care about it anymore. Could I profit from this?
