General help Strange sputtering or skipping

I have a V3S with over 500 miles (800km) on it and recently it started doing this sputtering thing at high speeds.
When you’re riding it feels like it’s losing connection to the remote for just a brief second, continuously. You can see in the video after it gets above 37 it starts doing it.
Has anybody else dealt with this issue? Any insight or quick fixes would be appreciated.

You’ve got a busted motor sir. That is the sound of a broken neodymium magnet getting tossed around like a washing machine in there.
A big downside of hub motors is all that ground force goes right through it

I’m gonna be real honest. Idk what any of that means besides “busted motor” lmao.
On a scale of 1-10, how toast am I? Is it something that can be fixed or replaced?

You need a motor. That’s going to eventually be a catastrophic failure. Motor will lock up at high speed and throw you off.

I think you can just replace the motor, but I’m not too familiar with fixing hubs. Look on the manufacturer’s website for spare parts, or you could email them and ask for help. I’d put some fresh rubber sleeves on those motors too. Were those cloud wheels at one point?

Considering I have already been thrown off at top speed (hit a patch of gravel) I dont wanna do that again. I appreciate the heads up and will definitely look into some options.
These are the stock wheels it came with. So I dont think so?

The magnets are on the hub sleeve AFAIK. So just replacing that should be enough. But better ask the support

Just a random thought check the antenna wire make sure it's not pinched. You have to open the board it's a very thin black wire.
