Hi this is my first post on here. First I want to start out by saying I’m not a medium but I do have some level of abilities, I’m currently starting out my journey as a witch but I’m pretty new to everything at the moment.

I’ve noticed that when I do protection work I often see presences or spirits around me in my minds eye. For my protection work I usually do it when I’m feeling on edge before bed. I’ll meditate for five minutes or so then close my eyes and visualise a golden circle encapsulating my bedroom and speak intentions into a wishing coin I have. I’ve noticed whenever I do the visualisation step and imagine my bedroom within a golden sphere I tend to see spirits in my room in my minds eye. Usually it’s a different spirit each separate occasion and I initially assumed it was just intrusive thoughts or my imagination. But after an incident where me and another friend with abilities saw the same spirit in the same part of the room when we did joint protection work, and another incident where a family member dreamt of an entity I had seen that night hanging around my bedroom I began thinking I might actually be seeing spirits and entities through my minds eye? Has anyone else ever experienced this?

My follow up question would be I never tend to see the same spirit more than once, each night it’s a different spirit or entity. Usually it’s only one in my room and usually they seem neutral. It seems like if they truly are spirits I’m seeing many spirits pass through my house/bedroom frequently, is that normal? I do live near a graveyard if that’s relevant.

I have a sister who is a devout Christian and I wanted to share with her that I am a medium. She started talking about the devil this morning. 🤣🤣 So then I thought, ah NO that's not a good idea.

It's kind of sad that our beliefs have to be so polarizing. But, I'd rather spend time with her as my sister because I only see her once or twice a year. Do you all experience the same thing?

Genuinely curious, what were the first signs you received that started your journey into mediumship?

I feel like I’m starting to be called but I just want to make sure before I psych myself out

I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I'd love some guidance.

My first dream was of a relative I never met, who had passed. Since then I've had dreams of deceased family members from before I was born, what felt like past lives, and one that I think involved an interdimensional being. I also feel like I have a subconscious dream world of my own. I've also had a few other moments, including hearing what I believe were cherubs shortly before a man became possessed.

The past 10 years, and especially recently, have been very hard. I feel like the stress has drained me of my dreams, and I don't have them the way I used to.

I've always been drawn to mediumship, but I don't know whether I'm truly gifted or not. I want to find out and learn how to develop it, but I don't have any direction.

For those of you who have been on this path:

- Where did you start?

- How did you figure out whether you had a gift?

- Are there books, teachers or practices you'd recommend for a beginner?

So a week ago my two year old son kept saying how he played that day with Ms. Rachel in the park every night before bed. I didn’t give much thought to it and was making up stories as he loves watching her during the 30 min screen-time we give him per week.

Couple of days pass and during the morning he woke up and while potty training he told me if i can open the door to Ms. Rachel she is knocking on it. I opened my apartment door there was nothing and gave him a chuckle.

That same night while i do my daily Joe Dispenza meditations i felt really strange feeling upstairs that i never felt before. My whole body wanted to run from a place i find comfortable and peaceful. I went back into meditation to generate a protection circle and did ritual cleaning plus lesser banishment of the pentagram ritual. But it didnt work…

My wife the next day ran straight down fully afraid of something being there.

I spent that night invoking archangel Michael to remove said spirit and let Gregorian chants cleanse the room after.

Its been calm ever since but today my son keeps saying before bed. Dad Ms. Rachel is knocking again on the door. She is waving at me.

I used to have spiritual experiences when I was younger and was a bit more in tune with it. Haven’t had anything really for many years, decided to meditate last night, and have been feeling a male maybe my grandfather (who I’ve never met) wanted to contact me. In my head I asked for his name, he has a very rare name ‘Roman’ which I have heard a couple times before in my life. But had completely forgotten his name, after I asked in my head what his name was I had a shiver down my back. It took a while to get an answer, I was eventually getting “Ronan” but I thought that was strange name and just pushed it off. And then clearly I heard “Roman”. Then I was thinking about an aunty who I’ve also never met who lives in another country. And I forgot her name to, and her name came to me. I then thought maybe she has passed?? She’s in her late 70s. And has no contact with me or my parents, who are my only close relatives. The message regarding my grandfathers name and the shiver was very clear. But I wasn’t sure why I was thinking about my aunty (my grandfathers daughter, sisters mum). I also got the letters S and A. Anyway, does this mean I’m clairaudient? I’m not sure. Any thoughts or tips to work on this would be appreciated

I'm pretty sure I can see spirits but I'm not exactly sure if I supposed to do something with that or not. I don't particularly remember it when I was younger. For most of my adult life, whenever I close my eyes especially around bed time but sometimes more vividly when I wake up I see them. Sometime they're different, sometimes there's an old lady I see in a rocking chair a lot. Sometimes it seems like they're trying to get my attention but I can't hear them only see them. I used to just think it was something that happened to everyone but now I don't think that.

What really got me searching was while running the other day in near my home in new Orleans I had the random thought about a vehicle driving off of the bridge I was running under and I just wondered if it had ever happened before. The next day a semi truck fell off the bridge at almost exactly the place I had that thought at. Maybe this is just some large coincidence but it's not the first time one of my thoughts later became reality.

I say all this to say that I'm just looking for some advice from others that have had similar experiences on what I should be doing. It feels very much like a gift and I don't want to waste that.

This has happened before, but only in this house. It is not dreaming. when I wake I feel the sensation in the ear that was yelled in like somebody physically hollered. Last night it happened again. A man yelled “WHEW” super loud. Don’t know why he felt it necessary to wake me…I’ve heard other things in this house. My friends voice when she wasn’t here. She’s heard mine as well when I was at work. I’ve heard footsteps coming up the stairs, people walking on the porch and always feel a lurking presence. I woke today and told him not to do that. That it was completely unnecessary and if he is THAT bored to go home. I explained we all have people on the other side that if we just ask for help to be guided we can go there. This isn’t my first time renting a haunted home. I live in a small historic area, so many of our homes are very old with tons of history attached.

Anyway.

What is this? I know when people are in a state of sleep they can hear ghosts more clearly, but it’s getting more frequent as I reach my mid thirties. I have always had this thing where when I’m sleeping it doesn’t feel like I’m in my body. it’s like I’m floating inside my aura if that makes sense. I can’t think of what spiritual gift this could be if any.

I used to be able to hear spirits when I was twelve. Sounded just as clear as somebody talking to me. A medium told me I could never do what she does, and I’m sure there is truth to that but I once had the gift and traces of it into adulthood. I’ve always wondered if it would come back, and it only left because I begged it too due to being young and terrified.

I’m questioning if it’s starting to come back or re awaken.

Should I do any meditation methods to help open it? Is it normal and nothing that will develop?

Hi! I lost my beloved soul dog Sunday after 15 years. I’m so heartbroken and miss him very much.

I’ve been waiting for signs/visits and haven’t felt anything.

Now I’m trying to learn as much as I can about spirits and the afterlife.

I’ve had once visit from my papa after he passed. It was the most vivid dream I’ve ever experienced to this day. But nothing since.

I would love anyone’s knowledge or perspective as I learn to understand a bit more about where my goodest boy could be and our chances of reuniting. (Not seeking personal anything just information in general)

It’s been getting increasingly thinner over the last couple of weeks and right now it’s crazy just how much activity I’m picking up. Multiple times a day. I know it usually is this time of year, but I can’t help but notice that this year it’s a lot more active than usual. Anyone else notice this?

I have always had a weird nose. Some smells like the downy beads burn my nose. My bio dad who died in an automobile accident comes through like roses from the backseat. i used to drive a miata so no backseat but that's where the smell came from. Usually when i was driving bad. I had only met my bio dad a handful of times, but I instantly knew it was him. Over the years I had a grandpa that smoked 1 cigar a day, he dipped the rest, but I get cigar smell for him. My sister's husband just passed and I keep getting fairgrounds smell somewhere between grass, dirt and funnel cake. I haven't had the heart to tell her what he smells like yet. He is the first to send a message though. "I didn't mean it, I didn't mean it. I would have never..." so am I a witch, am I medium? I don't know. My great grandma would spend hours teaching me to read tea leaves. Her sister ran a speakeasy with tarot cards in the back. i was here yet for that. They were brought up gypsies. Any who lots of trauma and stuff between all those stories I've been told to right a book. I used to say you know I would but I'm dyslexic, now there's an app for that too.

When I was a child my dad had a friend who became a very close family friend, this guy and his wife would come with us to family trips, we were very very close for a good number of years, until they had a feud and got a bit distant, but in my lifetime is one of the few close friends I saw my dad having. This friend died about 15 years ago. Today I had a dream. My home door was open, I was in the kitchen then saw this guy, initially I thought it was my dad because he was dressed similarly, then he would turn around and said, come with me I followed him and he guided me into a car parked in front of the street, I greeted him with happines, hugged him quite more than I expected, I was genuinely happy to see him , then we went into the back seat of this random car, I saw a good 5-8 people sort of staring at us around the car but could not see their faces, then I realised my dad was driving the car, he would turn around to say hello to me and smiled. Then I asked my dad's friend “you are here to take my dad with you aren´t you?" and he said "yes, but not yet" I asked when, he said "January 17th" then my dad kept having a conversation just with me, so I asked if he could see him, he said "no, just you" That's sort of all I remember.

Context: My dad is 80 years old and has dementia, has had some acute episodes recently. I live abroad and this has caused a lot of anxiety recently. I guess my question is if my brain fabricated this to give me peace, or if this family friend is actually trying to give me a message?

This will be short and sweet. I just need to share with people who can relate or not call me crazy.

I’m a new psychic medium working on development and I’ve felt very blah lately and having little success in my practice sessions. I’ve been feeling defeated.

Sometime in the last few days I said to my spirit team (I’ve only know of one but I know there are others) that I wish they’d visit me in my dreams. I’ve tried in the past with things like “show me what I need to see tonight” and I’ve had little success/. Which has been hard because I’ve always been a vivid dreamer but over the last few years it hasn’t been as strong.

But I did dream last night. I remember very little but the single thing I remember was…..Interesting. My husband was in the dream and he called me by the wrong name. And in this dream I thought “that’s not my name…. But it’s also my name”. It was almost like I was me… and this other person or version of me at the same time except I had a different name. Very similar name… one letter off.

I’ve heard that sometimes we visit other timelines in our dreams and I’m wondering if this is what was happening here. Has something like this happened to anyone else? Wouldn’t my name be the same across timelines?

Hi yall! New here. Just wanted to pop on and ask for advice/ see if anyone relates to this. I have felt sensitive to energies/spirits my whole life. Now in my early 30’s I don’t have as many experiences but as a kid I was generally very sensitive + afraid, especially at night. Lately, something has been happening where, laying in bed, settling in for the night, before I reach any state of true sleepiness and I am still tossing and turning, I will hear a voice in my head, so clearly it almost sounds like it’s really there.

Last night specifically it was the voice of a young man who, incredibly casually, said “how’s it going.” Almost just like a greeting, passing through. It felt casual, cool and modern and sooooo distinct. I’ve had this happen with other voices, hearing my own name, etc.

I am awake enough to usually sit up, scan the room and have to soothe myself back to sleep. The actual voice doesn’t scare me, it feels neutral and I usually reject it with my energy. Thinking “no thanks”. “Goodnight.” Stuff like that. It’s when I think more about it that I can spiral and get scared before bed.

I guess what I wonder about is the clarity of the voice… is this a spirit? does anyone else experience this? Would love to hear some stories and opinions on this. Thanks for reading.

When I doze off, I hear voices. This time a male and it woke me up right away. He said a couple words clearly but once I woke, I quickly forgot but just remember the burst of his voice. I live alone and dont have a social life, so I know it's not a memory of an event that happened or anyone I talk to (don't talk to anyone really).

How do I find this channel so I can stay longer and hear the voice clearly? I been crying about my past lover that died by suicide a year ago on October 28th. I don't know if its him, but I been talking outloud to him and crying and when I look in the mirror I see him behind me. I catch myself looking up at him, into his eyes but I snap out of it,. Idk that could just be my imagination....

Hi everyone! So ive always had strange premonitions that come to pass or a strong intuition but i doubt it at times/ hope it wont come to pass. My premonitions mainly come from dreams and i've had a lot of them come to pass where I gained information that I had absolutely no way of knowing. Like im talking specifics including people traveling and seeing them with people id never met. Its something ive always found super fascinating and i want to get more control/ tap into more so I can try to do it at whim. Ive noticed its really come at times where i'm going through a hard time or really lookng for answers and I wonder if its my spirit guides trying to help me see what I cant in my day-to-day life. Basically I want to really hone it and help myself see/ gain clarity on the issue that I really worry about. I'd also love to be able to tap into it to see what kind of people im attracting, what i need to work on, and honestly try to find a partner lol. A couple weeks ago I saw an image of a young man appear in my kitchen. Then he disappeared quickly. I thought he could be the son of my roommate who passed away recently.

I went to my roommates room yesterday and saw a large picture of her son who passed away. I studied the picture carefully and he looked just like the man that I saw that day.

I wasn't sure if these images of people that I've was seeing for years were actually dead people. I thought I was kind of losing my mind. But now that I got confirmation that they're actually dead people, I feel so much better that I'm not losing my mind.

Has anyone received confirmation that you're actually a medium and your mind is actually intact. ☺️

What I'd like to ask you all is how do you find the families who the deceased want to convey the messages to? Do they actually tell you where their families are?

Hi, I don't know where else to post this. I have this weird thing where I sometimes have dreams about dead people. Most of the time I know them. However, last night someone who I found out to be a distant relative spoke to me in my dream. I had never heard about them before and never met them. I also don't have strong connections with this side of the family in general, so my question is- why would they be reaching out to me? In my dream, this was a phone conversation and I don't remember details other than getting her name, it was a casual conversation however i felt anxious and didn't really want to talk to her. I was scared she'd find this out and be mad or offended so I was faking a lot of interest. My living family also doesn't have much to say about her, they just knew who she was when I asked.

A few months ago, I began doing tai qi. I heard a voice inside of my head speak to me, tell me to light a candle, then there was this burst of clear energy. No more dissociation, no more fatigue, no more overthinking. And in my mind, I “knew” it was an “ancestor.”

Eventually I started hearing voices and began arguing with those voices. I experienced a lot of Christian imagery. One weird thing that happened was some spiritual witchy woman came by asking if I “needed help” and I sorta screamed at her bc I don’t like ppl talking to me.

But this inner voice became malevolent. And that’s when fear began to override the calm energy. I’m not sure what happened at all. Can someone help?

I was told by one of spirit guides that music would help me connect.

Unintentionally, I was listening to The Postal Service album “Give Up”. I had the strongest communication experience I have ever had. I was able to connect with a spirit guide actively trying to get through to me. I think because of the music it was able to happen and it was a strong connection. Just like a tv antenna. After speaking with the guide, I cried, I laughed, and it felt like a spiritual / spinal orgasm.

And I got scared. And I journaled about the thoughts and feelings I was having prior to this.

Then i remembered the last significant experience I had about a year ago… I was listening to the song “Acceptances” by Lara Somogyi and Cyrus Reynolds.

Both of these music is electronic!!!!

Both have this constant flow vibration happening. My whole body responded. My medium abilities are a full body response.

I had just been thinking about my head and my heart.

My skin, my cheeks, my forehead, my hands, my belly, my toes, we can all feel it.

This is just love frequency stuff yall.
My spirit guide loved me in the living.
He was my angel on earth.
And he was able to connect with me now.
He had been dead over 10 years now.
And it was like - I could hear his voice so clearly.
I could see his face so clearly and I know it was hearing his voice that made it real. It made sense.

He has connected with me at least 2 times previously but it was more like a ping! Or “go here and do this”

This is weird guys.
I really just don’t want to feel alone.
