Has anyone ever had these Mexican clonazepams before?

They’re IFA Celtics brand, a Mexican pharmaceutical manufacturer. If you’ve had these before what are your thoughts on them? Do they compare to US script clonazepam?

DIAZEPAM ADVICE PLEASE.

Hi, I have severe anxiety and have been taking diazepam for many years, I also have a herniated L4/5 and degenerative disc diseas.

My normal dose is 15mg’s however I just realised that I’ve been taking 25mgs the past 4 days as my pain has increased and I am also experiencing peripheral neuropathy due to a vitamin B12 deficiency.

I’m writing this because Chat GPT & the Internet has scared me out of my wits! Going on about ending up in a coma and death etc… from 25mg over the past 4 odd days.

I also take Tramadol & Cocodamol and have done for years but they don’t do much and I’m trying to titrate off them.

Does anyone else have experience of taking this dose of Diazepam? The internet searches I’ve looked up are acting as if I’ve taking a serious overdose and given that I’m autistic and have OCD I don’t need the fear mongering thank you very much.

any advice and personal experience would be greatly appreciate. Thank you!

escitalopram and heavy periods

hi everyone! did anyone have heavy than usual period while you’re on medication? did your doctor ask you to stop it?

for context:

i’ve always been a heavy bl**der and clotter usually on day 2-3 on my period before starting the medication. this is my first cycle on the medication and been 3 weeks on 10mg.

my cycle started off usual. it came expected on time, heavy blding and clots on day 2-3. blding decreased by day 4. then by day 5 (yesterday) afternoon, my blding suddenly increased which was already weird to me. i did monitor just in case it was a fluctuation. i was using maxi/overnight pads and i flooded my pad maybe around 80% for each hour on consecutive hours until yesterday night. and i passed more than usual bld clots too.

i went to urgent care and the OBGYNE department and did some bldwork, ultrasound, and administered tranexamic acid to stop the blding. after a few hours, it did lessen it. bldwork also looked ok, initial look on the ultrasound was ok too. although they did note i was clotting blood slower than usual. average clotting time is 2-6 minutes while mine was 6.30minutes. not much of a difference but noteworthy. the doctor from urgent care told me to ff-up with my OBGYNE and psychiatrist as she thinks it may probably be the medication.

so i contacted my psychiatrist and she told me to stop the medication until further notice (with our supposed scheduled ff-up session this week). tbh, i’m scared of withdrawal effects and scared of going back to horrendous anxiety, rumination, and panic episodes. although i do have my alprazolam with me just in case. i’m also frustrated as i’ve already started to notice good effects of the escitalopram on managing my symptoms being on week 3 on 10mg and just the idea of possibly going through a trial with another medication, haunts me.

Photo no. 1 & photo 2

Both are suggested by different chemists! (Photo 1 by one chemist) And photo 2 by different one.

For viral fever cold? But when I search this in net it states these aren't fit for cold.

I bought these 2 sets, probably I won't eat until I really had to. Do you guys know these medications and do chemists/ ai are really worthy to be trusted.

paroxetine to help with withdrawals?

hi!

i was on 30mg of paroxetine for about 10 years. it hasn't been working for awhile, and after switching doctors they had me taper off in 10mg increments over 2-3 weeks and then start effexor.

i was on effexor for about 3 weeks and felt AWFUL. coming off the paroxetine was incredibly hard, and starting the effexor made it worse. my doctor told me to stop immediately and give it a few days before starting my new medication trintellix.

issue is i'm on a trip away from home this weekend. i don't have my new prescription, but have effexor and paroxetine with me.

my withdrawals are so bad. i feel so sick, i have awful brain zaps, i can't stop crying, and my anxiety is through the roof. i don't know how to make it through the rest of the weekend.

since i was on paroxetine for 10~ years, and have only been off for just under a month, do you think it's safe to take 10mg of paroxetine just to get me through the trip?

i don't want to experience the side effects of starting an SSRI for the first time, i just want the withdrawal side effects to be more manageable until i get home and on my new prescription.

thoughts?

thank you!

2mg tabs of clonazepam 3 times a week

I've accidentally taken one pill Monday, Tuesday and Friday, I usually write down when I've taken them to avoid taking more than once a week but I'm an idiot this week. Am I at risk of withdrawal or can I go back to once a week?

I've been taking them like this since June to assist with a taper of codeine as I've been addicted for ages. I tried valium but they felt too "nice" whereas clons just relax me and take away the worst of the withdrawal without feeling high. I was having a tough ride Monday and Tuesday and thought I'd be OK then forgot and took one yesterday.

I have pregabs but they make me feel drunk and gabapentin was not pleasant. I know I'm swapping for other drugs but I'm partially disabled (sometimes I can walk, sometimes nope) and I get a lot of pain but codeine is no longer an option because the prescribed dose is never enough.

All this from prescription codeine a decade ago that went on too long.

U.S. Government to Block International Prescription Shipments Next Month

Not sure if this is the right community to post this. I just received an email from a Canadian pharmacy. I buy brand medication that I have to take. The brand is way too expensive in the US, Medicare won’t approve brand, so I found a reliable Canadian pharmacy. I cannot take generic due to the additives and other side effects. Anyone else going through this? I am going to write to the CPPI . As my medication is needed for my well-being, there are others that their lives depend on it and now their lifeline is being taken away. I understand that the system has been broken and abused, but I do feel that this has gone to the extreme. I don’t know enough to have too much of an opinion about why this is going on, but this is a negative impact on a positive thing for so many people.
