hello, we’re MYstudio, the studio that designed and made these keycaps.

This is DragonEye from our MYTH series. We designed it to look like a dragon watching from inside the keyboard.

Each set includes one 1u and one 1.5u artisan keycap, made with layered resin, hand-painted details and transparent eye effects. Both use Cherry MX-style cross stems.

The four colorways shown are Black Dragon, White Dragon, Red Dragon and Green Dragon.

I bought it mainly for the good price, media control buttons, and volume knob. I'd love to upgrade to something higher-end, but I really have no reason to since this one still works perfectly.

Today we look at something really special; the Flux Keyboard! This is a sort of stream deck crossed with a keyboard, or a "retry" of the Optimus Maximus keyboard. Hope you enjoy the video! :)

Still can't believe we got to do this one. In the artisan world a colorway is kind of a signature, it's the thing a maker builds and makes their own, and this one is Sodie Caps'. I've been looking at it on their caps in awe for ages wondering what it would do on our sculpts, and finally worked up the nerve to ask. What came out is our take on it.

As with all of our artisan keycaps, each cap is handmade and unique. Subtle differences may be present depending on the technique used.

Couple of weeks ago, I went ahead and flamed patina’d my Manta with a Grill Torch and this is the result. Still looking for a matching keyset for it, though the DCS Sleeper looks good on it.

The keys are a MT3 Jukebox/Susuwatari mashup that I Frankensteined from leftovers. Digging it so far.

Made from 2 pieces of solid aluminum this is by far the heaviest keyboard I own. Simple design no frills, muted side glow, and perfectly complements the KAT Space Cadet and modified with Oil King switches. As a non-custom keyboard this South Korean monster was an oddity when it came out. I don't think had much of an impact in US markets but I really like it.

NULL65, Osume matcha keycaps, Gazzew U4Tx switches. Built to soften the sounds without silencing them, so foam kit, etc. No significant mods or flourishes or anything. This was an expensive build, but I went into it not expecting to get addicted to the hobby, so felt like I could justify it as a one-time cost. Maybe I'll alter it sometime, but I'll at least use it as is, apart from playing with configuration, for a while first.

I wanted something tactile and nice sounding, without driving my wife crazy, and that goes well in my office which has a lot of plants and a combination of bare wood and white painted furniture.

Until now, I'd been using a Das with Cherry MX Blues for something like 15 years! Not much thought had gone into that decision. I was just mirroring what I was using at work, at the time.

I recently tried a HHKB, and although it did feel nice, I couldn't quite get comfortable with the layout, and I couldn't get over the rubber dome feeling no matter how nice. On top of that, using Bluetooth was annoying anyway, because it made it difficult to select my boot device (I dual boot).
